  I want to report an extremely uncomfortable experience I had today. I'm a young girl, and while I was waiting alone at a bus stop, one of your employees driving a company-wrapped vehicle repeatedly drove past me several times, stared at me, and made me feel intimidated. At one point, the vehicle even parked behind me, which made me feel unsafe. I also have a photo of the company vehicle from the incident if it's needed to help identify the driver. Whether this was intentional or not, the driver's behavior was inappropriate and frightening. I hope your company looks into this and reminds employees to behave professionally when representing your business. No one should feel unsafe while simply waiting for the bus.

  They lied to me I asked the estimator who is also a plumber/salesman how long will it last he said 15 years I said how long is the warranty he said the same thing. After the job was done the warranty said only 6 years. They have aggressive sales tactics. They talk fast. They like to brag about their water heaters and give put downs about Home Depot water heaters. I don't need the Can Do Crew water heater. When I wanted a Home Depot water heater from the Can Do Crew they didn't want to pick it up from Home Depot for them to install it. They kept pushing for their line of water heaters they only carry. Which is the same 40 gallon size. The price to install their 40 gallon water heater was $2900. They reassured us their would be 2 men working on the heater several times before we sign a contract and 1 plumber showed up. They are liars. Their installation is expensive. They said Home Depot Water Heaters won't last 6 years. My Home Depot 40 gallon water heater lasted about 10 years or it might have lasted 12 years.

  Daniel P. and Rene came to give an estimate for drywall from some water damage. Daniel sold me on the job and even started that day. Both of these guys were very professional and respectful. The team work was amazing and Rene knew what Daniel needed at all times. They did amazing work! And the clean up was top notch! Professionalism, punctuality and communication was amazing with this crew. Can do crew is my go to from now on! Would recommend to anyone! 12/10!

  I hired Can Do Crew to clean a dryer vent. After it was cleaned, the dryer quit heating. I called them back out a few times and they claimed the vent was clean and it was an issue with our dryer. I bought a new dryer and it didn’t heat. I called Can Do Crew again and they claimed the vent was clean but that there was water in it due to the rain. They said my vent must’ve leaked. I exchanged the dryer and as the new one was getting installed, there was water everywhere. Since Can Do Crew had been out so many times, I believed that there was a leak in the wall and had the wall tore out searching for the leak. There wasn’t one. I then called Bakersfield Dryer Vent. When I told him what was going on, he said that my dryer vent was clogged and that’s what was causing the water. He came to my house and unclogged the vent. My dryer has worked great ever since. I tried to call Can Do Crew multiple times and they do not return my calls. Not only did I pay $249 for a repair that wasn’t completed properly but I also bought an $800 dryer that was not needed and had to pay someone to tear out and replace the laundry room wall. The least they could do is refund the repair fee but instead they ignore my calls. Doug, the loose vent cap was not the issue. The problem persisted after that was attached. I do appreciate that you provided a refund. Thank you.

  Edwin G. did an excellent job servicing my AC unit. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he made sure the system was running properly before completing the service. What I appreciated most was that he never seemed rushed he took the time to thoroughly check everything and ensure the job was done right. In addition, Edwin has outstanding people skills. He was respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I highly recommend Edwin G. for his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
