  I’m disappointed to say I cannot recommend this company. I did not get the services I paid for and I had to go open the attic and repair damage that was done by the crew when they were installing attic insulation

  Used BDI March 2022 to remove and replace subfloor insulation. Shane was first contact and scheduled the job almost immediately. A week later the job was complete and am very satisfied with the service. Footnote: the office staff (not Shane) are concerning as they DO NOT respond to emails. One would think when a customer reaches out with questions, the provider of services would respond. Maybe the owner or manage should have a sit down with the staff and discuss the Art of Customer Service. If it were not for dealing with Shane, I can only imagine the job would have never been tended too. Thanks Shane and office staff.... c.mon. Respond to customer emails!!!
