- HSH S6 days ago5.0Honest, close to lowest bid, no upselling, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasant experience. In more detail, my attic had only R19 insulation and the batting wasn't pushed in properly between the rafters where i had a pitched ceiling. Estimate was fast, and he recommended just to put another layer off insulation over the old one. He explained that this is effective if the new layer is layed 90 degree to the old one. Made sense to me! As a side note, previous installers wanted to remove the old insulation and vacuum everything before putting the new one in and wanted to charge me 7.5 times more. I'm not kidding! The installers showed up two or three days later, covered the entire path from the front door to the attic with tarps (i have white carpets), were very courteous, efficient and did an excellent job. I know, because i inspected afterwards. I can only recommend these guys!

- JHJohn HeinsMar 30, 20211.0They started the fireplace and it's unfinished. They started to insulate and it's unfinished. They didn't order enough insulation and when they knew about it Thursday morning their solution was to "send someone Monday to measure because the installers can't measure" so I ask the manager on the phone to do a takeoff from the plans his next excuse is he doesn't read plans. So I return and measure the space for them. And they can't get a crew there til Wednesday. My project is now delayed 2 weeks for the simplest of trades. It will have taken oj insulation 2 weeks to install insulation in a 3000 sqft home. Plain outright incompetence There's material left all over my project that could have been installed. Their crew left at noon instead of at least installing the material they had. Buyer beware
