  Window world are excellent. Shawn the salesman was so nice and professional and has always taken my calls or got back to me straight away. They gave me a great price that I can afford. The workmen were on time, super efficient and nice. They cleaned up after, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.

  We had Window World replace and install 7 El & El doors and one large Milgard window. The service was measured, ordered, delivered and installed on a timely and professional basis. The doors themselves are exactly as described and displayed in their showroom. We felt we got a very good value for the money. We are very happy with the installation and would recommend Window World to anyone!

  The crew arrived early ready to go to work and got right to it. Protecting our floors and work areas before removing our OLD! windows and prepping the openings for the new 11 windows.   Window world gave me a decent price on a garden window and I scheduled installation. 1 week before my install date I called to confirm everything was going according to plan since I had to move a few things. It was only then did they reach out to say my window would be delayed 5 weeks. Install day went OK except the installers broke the screen and did not fully seal part of the window. I reached out to them to repair the screen and correct the install, soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. 1 day before this second appointment WW lets me know they don’t have the screen. This is after I already called them to make sure they bring the screen. I guess this is just a long winded review to say that initial install was not perfect and it will take over a month to get everything corrected. Install teams should have screening supplies with them, I’m sure this is not the first screen they’ve broken. I expect better service when I pay $6k for 1 window.

  I've had Window World of Orange County windows in my home for about 15 years now, and recently three of the glass panes started to fog up. I contacted Window World and Yolla called me back right away. She had me send pictures of the window tags, took care of ordering the replacement glass, and kept me updated throughout the process. Scheduling was a little difficult because of my family's summer schedule, but Yolla was incredibly flexible and worked with us to find a time that fit. She got her crew out this past Friday, and they were great. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. The new glass looks amazing. It's easy to be happy with a company when something is brand new, but having them stand behind their windows and take care of me roughly 15 years later says a lot. Great service from Yolla and the entire Window World team. Very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend them.
