I cant say enough good things about this company. They deliver on their promises. They communicate clearly, and provide quality work. I have used them twice now for different areas of my roof and know i will use them again if i need another area repaired. If they find additional things that need repairing they will give you drone photos showing the damage then you can decide if you want them to repair those areas or leave it as is. I opted to have my rotted shiplap repaird which ran my budget higher but that was my choice and im happy with that.

The Top Roofing Services team just completed the reroof of our 30 square shingle home and 6 square flat patio using TPO material. Final project looks great. The entire team worked hard throughout the week to complete on time. Everyone from the project manager to office manager was very professional and kept us updated every step of the way. Even the owner would make an appearance to check on our project which made us feel better about choosing them for the project. The whole process went smoothly with no issues, from day one of demo to materials being delivered, to all the necessary inspections Top Roofing took care of everything.
