  VENDOR WARNING — BC STONE IN ANAHEIM I am sharing my personal experience with BC Stone in Anaheim because I believe contractors, vendors, and customers should be aware of the issues I have experienced. I paid BC Stone for materials that I did not receive. It has now been over a month, and despite repeatedly contacting Erica and Crystal and requesting that my money be returned, I have not received my refund/deposit. I also have serious concerns about the handling of information associated with my account. Information regarding my account was disclosed to a customer. My understanding was that this account and its information were intended for contractor/vendor business purposes. Regardless of the circumstances, the disclosure of my information significantly damaged my trust in the company. I have requested my money back multiple times and also sent a formal demand letter. As of this posting, I have not received the money I am requesting for materials that I did not receive. I also want to mention another situation that raised concerns for me. I was involved with a customer who was very upset about slabs she received from BC Stone. Based on the information provided to me and my understanding of the situation, the customer believed that the slabs she received did not match what had been advertised or represented to her. I also understand that she was seeking the return of a deposit of more than $4,000. I am not making this post to speculate about anyone’s intentions or to make legal conclusions. I am sharing my experience and the concerns that have resulted from these transactions. If you are considering doing business with BC Stone as a contractor, vendor, or customer, I strongly recommend that you keep detailed records of every payment, deposit, invoice, representation, text message, email, and conversation, and make sure you understand the terms regarding deposits, refunds, materials, and account information before providing money or personal/business information. I have attempted to resolve my situation directly and have repeatedly requested the return of my money. At this point, I believe it is important to make others aware of my experience so they can make their own informed decisions.

  Based on my visit, I do not recommend this business. The service was unwelcoming and unprofessional. No greeting , no smiles , little to no engagement, and staff appeared occupied on their phones instead of assisting customers.

  Some of the worst customer service. Part of my order was not in stock. I asked for a refund and they would not refund me and then finally they said I could pick up the item in stock. And then when I show up to pick up the item they won’t give it to me claiming it’s not paid for even though there is credit in the account. I’ve been a repeat customer here and was planning on placing some large orders but I’ll find another place that actually cares about their customers.

  Best Cheer is a great partner to have for a General contractor. Extremely helpful the design team is great. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Candy is one of their designers helps me with almost all of my projects and does an outstanding job every time.
