  The technician are polite, very professional and on time. They know what they are doing and gave us options of what will be best for the situations we are in. They fixed the problem and made sure the vicinity was clean before leaving. There’s incident that they accidentally hit one of the newly installed paver in our walkway. Before leaving they made sure they fix the problem to our satisfaction with the same color. I would gladly recommend them to my friends. Hardworking and pleasant to be with and really polite and concern with our property.and convenience.

  We would like to give a huge shout out to Todd Daskalov!!! If you get him as your technician, you'll be Blessed. Todd was incredibly patient with my parents' questions and doubts especially when it was all of our first time navigating a plumbing issue for our first home. Things can add up for these plumbing fixes, and Todd explained things carefully while listening to our concerns. He knows what he's doing! There was a lot of uncertainty regarding our plumbing issue, and Todd was thorough in explaining his thought process, diagnosis, and potential options to address the issue. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, and Quality service Todd. Todd even came over during rush hour traffic and kept a calm, steady demeanor in the midst of what seemed like a chaotic event for us - that changes the game. Thank you so much for cleaning up after the fixes too. We just got a good impression of the plumbing services offered by Barker and Sons because of Todd. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  My tankless water heater was having off and on issues for about two weeks. I called later in the day (5-6pm) and they still offered to come out same day. It didn’t work for my schedule so we scheduled early next morning. Todd D. showed up on time and was very friendly/ knowledgeable. Diagnosis and repair took just under two hours and he kept me updated/ informed throughout the entire process. Prices were fair and he provided plenty of options for repair that didn’t feel forceful. He also was respectful of my nervous cats and took a moment to allocate himself to their environment. He also wore boot covers in the house. Thank you for a great experience!

  Exceptional Service from Corey at Barker and Sons Plumbing We recently had Corey from Barker and Sons Plumbing come out to our home, and we could not have been more impressed with his work, professionalism, and the way he treated our home and family. He replaced our kitchen faucet and hose fittings and installed a pressure-reducing valve, and he did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish. Unfortunately, we also discovered that we had a mold problem resulting from the leaking kitchen faucet. Corey took the time to explain the situation to us and recommended Jarvis Restoration to come out and take care of the mold issue. We followed his recommendation, and Daniel from Jarvis Restoration was just as professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous as Corey. We were very grateful that Corey pointed us in the right direction and connected us with someone who provided the same high level of service and care. What really stood out about Corey was how knowledgeable and thorough he was. He took his time explaining everything to us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. He never rushed through anything. You could tell that he genuinely takes pride in his work and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. And as Corey himself mentioned, you can tell a lot about someone by how your pet reacts to them. Our dog absolutely fell in love with Corey right away! She warmed up to him almost immediately and, while he was working, even rested her head on his legs. Seeing how comfortable and trusting she was with him really said a lot to us. It made us feel even more comfortable knowing that someone who came into our home was not only professional and respectful, but someone our dog instinctively trusted. Corey was extremely careful and detail-oriented, and everything was completed neatly and professionally. We never felt like he was simply trying to finish the job and get to his next customer. Instead, he took the time necessary to do things right and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. It is truly refreshing to have someone come into your home who is not only highly skilled at what they do, but who is also patient, respectful, honest, and genuinely concerned about helping the customer. Corey went above and beyond what we expected, and his recommendation of Jarvis Restoration turned out to be another excellent experience. We are extremely grateful to Corey and Barker and Sons Plumbing for taking such great care of us. We would absolutely recommend Corey to anyone looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and takes the time to do the job right.   I had a really great experience from the first interaction to the technician leaving. And I would highly recommend them and use them again. I had a plumbing issue that was not quite an emergency, but definitely something that we wanted to take care of sooner rather than later and Barker and Sons was so helpful! They replied back within 10 minutes of sending the request via Google. They tried to send a technician that night, but he ended up taking longer and would not be able to get to us and dedicate the amount of time needed for figuring out our plumbing issue. All of this was communicated to me clearly and followed up on very quickly. Luckily, we were able to get another appointment with a technician for the following day and in a time frame that would work for my schedule. The scheduler called me around 15 minutes to the start of my window to let me know of where the technician was and approximately when we could expect him. They were right! The technician that came for our job was RB and he was just wonderful. Super friendly. He had me explain what was happening, then he explained what he thinks we should do and how much that would cost. A few minutes into working on it, he casually mentioned that in the near future, we'd want to think about replacing the valve that turns on and off the water locally. I actually already had it in my mind that I wanted him to do it today so he quoted me the price. He got the part out of his truck and got to work. He was very polite and professional. And he was also cleaning up as he went. I really appreciated his thoroughness and answered all the questions that I had about what he was doing and what he would suggest for different things. Overall, the whole company was very friendly and lovely to work with.
