  Had tech Lam Tran out to do some maintenance and check if there was clog in the line. Came within the 2 hour window, texted and emailed he was on his way. Once he go here did a thorough inspection and found a small water leak that was just starting to develop. Luckily it was caught in time so easy fix and no damage. He took a pic and later showed me the damaged section after the fixed it. Always nice to see documentation of the work. Did the maintenance and found a couple things that should be addressed soon but found the system in good condition. System was running cooler by the end of the job. No hard sales pitch, just matter a fact as to what could be done. Convinced me so I got them coming out soon to get those addressed. Pricing was good, don’t know if it’s the cheapest but it’s a good price. Plus the quality up and down the line and their friendliness and customer service really put them at the top. Lam was also a cool guy to just talk to. Real friendly and explained everything he was going to do and what he did. Really excellent service.

  Leslie came to assess my needs and found my ducts were disintegrating. So it was time to replace my 18 year old HVAC and ducts. Her professionalism made me confident that the job would be done well. She did a wonderful job explaining what I needed. On day one four men arrived, Jesus, Juan, Alex and David. Two were on the roof with the HVAC unit preparing to have the old one removed and the new one installed. Two were in the house measuring and replacing the vents. All four worked efficiently and quickly, and cleaned up all the debris from the blown in insulation in the attic. Work had to stop for asbestos remediation. On day two Jesus and Juan returned and spent more time in the attic than they would have liked replacing the ducts. Excellent service, excellent technicians. Very happy with the outcome. Jesus went over the checklist and showed me a lot of pictures. No regrets in choosing this company and with the backing of Costco I know there would not be any problems.

  Matthew Meadows is a very meticulous and knowledgeable technician. He is very pleasant to work with and explains everything he does down to the last detail. I know the job is done right when he comes.

  Citlalli Soria of Associated Heating & Air just performed the biannual maintenance of our HVAC system. She arrived on time with advanced notice, was uniformed and took preventive measures to protect my floors from dirt or scuff marks. I found her to be professional, yet personable and extremely knowledgeable. After performing maintenance, she thoroughly answered all of my questions. Overall, the service people from this company are top notch and I highly recommend it's membership maintenance program.
