  Nick is the consumate professional, as taught by his father. Couldn't be happier with the service of both Nick and his guys. Nick went above and beyond in providing what he promised from the start. He worked with us in determining the best fit for our two HVAC condenser units. Joe and Louis provided a clean environment everyday and cleaned the house at the end of each day. Nick did a stellar job explaining how the systems worked and even came up with a resolution to provide additional cooling/heat in our master bedroom. They took care of our asbestos abatement the first day. Would not hesitate to recommend Albert Air in the future. Many thanks!!! David

  Its been 7 months since my Carrier crossover 4 ton was installed. There has been a major improvement in comfort quality and we are all so happy with the installation and service. The system is quiet, efficient, takes uo far less space, and is so cool. The humidity control is exceptional. My bill has remained stable and actually decreased even though we run it more often. We are so happy with our system and enjoying the comfort that we do not hear (becauseit is so quiet), but can can feel.

  I can’t say enough good things about Albert Air of Anaheim. We have a 22-year-old R22 air-conditioning system, with separate systems for the upstairs and downstairs. A few days ago, the evaporator coil above our furnace developed a major leak, and our air conditioning stopped working. Of course, this happened during some of the hottest weather of the year, with temperatures reaching around 100 degrees. Because R22 systems are older, replacing components can be difficult. In our case, I already had plenty of R22 refrigerant, but a replacement R22 coil was considerably taller than our old one and wouldn't fit in the available space above the existing furnace. Replacing the entire air-conditioning system would have been a much bigger project, especially because our two outside compressors are stacked and replacing one system could potentially have meant replacing both. Albert Air came up with a much more practical solution: replace the old furnace with a newer, shorter furnace, which created enough room for the replacement coil while allowing us to keep the rest of our existing R22 system. They came out today, replaced the furnace and coil, and tonight we once again have wonderfully cool air in the house. The entire experience was exceptional. Jeff Albert, the owner, was terrific. His son Nick, the company president, was equally helpful. Barbara in the office was friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with, and Luis, who installed the new furnace and coil, did an excellent job. I didn't even bother getting another bid. Albert Air had replaced my son's air-conditioning system several years ago, so I was already familiar with the quality of their work and felt comfortable trusting them with ours. It is increasingly difficult to find a company where you feel you are dealing with real people who know their business, look for a sensible solution rather than simply trying to sell you the most expensive option, and then do exactly what they promise. That was my experience with Albert Air from beginning to end. Five stars are all Google and Yelp allow. If I could give Albert Air ten stars, I would.
