  Stan and James helped me out today, they answered questions, and took care of me right away. Im coming back next time I need hardwood, way better than a home depot or lowes

  Great experience! I had a tough task trying to find a stair nosing to match some 15yr old laminate flooring. James and Stan went the extra mile to find a couple of great options they had in stock for me.

  Customer service is very responsive when they are trying to get you to buy their products. Once we purchased, we were told when to expect the deliver. Over and over, it would get delayed, and I would have to follow up to get any kind of information about the status of the order. It's very hard to trust anything they are saying about delivery times; I felt very misled and gaslit when I tried to bring up things that were told to me previously. Do not recommend; we ended up canceling the order even though they have a huge restocking fee.
