Buyers beware. This place used to be nice and really felt like home — until the towing started. A towing contractor now repeatedly patrols the private alleys, aggressively towing homeowners’ vehicles from directly in front of their garages and creating confrontations with residents. I have personally witnessed the tow operator acting in an intimidating and confrontational manner, including telling homeowners that he knows where they live, which residents reasonably viewed as threatening. What should be a peaceful residential community is becoming tense and hostile because of the way towing is being handled. The fact that this is happening under an HOA managed by Associa Northern California makes the situation even more concerning. This is not the atmosphere anyone expects after buying a new home. I would not recommend Risewell Homes to anyone looking for a friendly, peaceful place to live.

What is going on with this project. They have stopped construction for the last few months and nothing new is being built. They built a few buildings but they're still a bunch that has not been started yet. I assume it's not selling and the market is in a bad spot investors are probably pulling money from the project. Please give an update on what is going on.
