  Window World was recommended to us by our neighbor. From getting a bid, with Zach, who was prompt, courteous and professional. To the install process with John and Erwin, they were also prompt, professional and courteous. The finished product is amazing! Our windows were the old black metal frames, with busted plastic wheels that no longer worked well or at all. These windows are stunning! We noticed a difference day one, we didn't have to have the A/C down as low. Very little street noise, wonderful clarity looking thru the windows and they look beautiful with the street facing windows in the blue reflective tint! John and Erwin did a fantastic professional job! The Arizona room was a challange as the 3 walls had basically been built around windows to fit some time ago... so they had to strip back to the main posts, build new headers and install 4 very large picture windows that made the addition look more like part of the house! Finished up with 2 double hung windows on the ends and wow! We can't stop saying wow! Our family is impressed too, and a neighbor stopped to tell us how great it looks the day after completion! We no longer have wind whistling thru windows, and the Arizona room is managable now even tho theres no AC directly in there. We HIGHLY recommend window world. They did a quality job, with quality products and were the least expensive of 3 companies we got quotes from. Well done and thank you so much John and Erwin, you guys had a challange in the heat no less, but we are so grateful for all you did! 11 house windows day 1, and the Arizona room taking 2 days, but what a transformation! Fantastic!

  Our new windows were installed today. The installers did a great job. Each window was prepared for the replacement so the hole was only open for seconds. This eliminated extra heat or dust, which was great! And the best, they cleaned up after each window so I had nothing to do except rehang the blinds. The 2 installers were polite and respectful. Window World is the company to use!
