- LILucy InsalacoJun 2, 20261.0They have since, made this right! Give them a chance. Don’t waste your money! I prepaid for a 2 visit Membership, from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. I did so with the understanding that ALEX would be my only acceptable technician. Alex was scheduled to be at my home today (6/2/2026). When I phoned them, at 9:30am, I reiterated to remember to send Alex. All good! So I thought. At 11:33am, I received a text message that “Ricardo” was en route to my home. I called the Yuma office to inquire about Alex and the woman said Alex had an emergency and that they needed to send a different technician. The lady offered to reschedule, however, I denied her offer to reschedule, and reluctantly agreed to keep today’s appointment w/Ricardo. She then cited an incorrect Lot number for my address, and I corrected her. She said they listed it wrong. Not true. It was correct in their text message to me, earlier. So confirmed my address for her. Ricardo was supposedly, en route. An hour later, and a no-show by Ricardo, I phoned the office again. I was advised that Alex was assigned to be at my home. When I said I thought Alex had an emergency, then again, the story changed and I was then told, The scheduler, had earlier Cancelled my appointment, (without any notification to me). I blew my stack. It is now, 1pm…… and I have been waiting for a technician….this entire morning….for not! I am livid! My entire morning..,wasted! I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago, and I made SEVERAL, weekly medical appointments (7-8 each week), around THIS particular appointment. I cannot reschedule. This was PREPAID, scheduled Membership. I confirmed the appointment, via THEIR text message to me. And yet, no technician came to my home. I am beyond angry with their lies or miscommunication and feel shuffled around. I already paid. What a rip-off. I asked about a REFUND! But of course, they can’t help me with that. Typical. Awaiting a Manager to phone me! Not holding my breath!
