  Chase did a great job replacing our breaker box while dealing with bureaucracy from the town and APS. Really knows his business and is a good guy. Highly recommended.

  "Itemized" bill not itemized. Parts with cost not included. Hours worked not listed. Wires left exposed and not capped. Light switches not installed. 220 for stove placed on wrong wall and not recessed. Outlet directly over sink, exactly where I told him that I did NOT want any outlets. Even drew a plan for him. Price quoted was per hour and for trim work.Hours not listed and he was going to charge me $95.00 per light/fan. That's part of the trim work. He was completely uncommunicative. His wife was the one who reached out. She was civil and agreed the light/fans are part of trim work. Bill has still not been itemized. Do NOT be fooled by the great reviews. This is why he was hired but apparently if your a single woman you're not worth him fulfilling his contact
