  Very disappointed in Rain Soft I thought I loved you guys. I originally bought a water softener form you guys because you guys had an awesome customer service but as soon as the salesman sold me the product he disappeared. Told me he's coming back to check on it to make sure it was working properly never called/came. Had to call him over year later. I had a problem over two years after installation. The seal broke in my water softener, and I did not know where it was coming from for about a week. A tiny pinhole leak leaked into my master bedroom, ruining my carpet and my bed frame after calling customer service, they did not come out the same day. They did tell me how to shut it off, so I did have to go without my water softener for one day no big deal but the fact is that after mechanical failure in ruining my property after two years, you guys don't want to fix the issue. I work in customer service myself in the matter. What if a customer buys something for me years down the road if it breaks, I do my best to make it right to the customer you guys really should have to pay for my carpetthis is cost thousands of dollars that I was not expecting to pay would give you zero stars if I could!!!!!!!
