  Louis did a great job. Communicated estimated arrival time and arrived promptly. Communicated options and prices with explanations. Did a very professional job with advice on things to watch out for without a high pressure sales pitch. Highly satisfied!!

  A1 Garage installed a new, complete garage door and system in February in the home where my girlfriend/partner and I live. We have been so happy since. Lately, though, the garage light would come on during various times and days though there was no action to activate it. I went crazy trying to figure it out. Kevin and Hector came out today and explained to us that the sensor is, well, very sensitive and they replaced the wall unit. (We also learned that this is an occasional problem for some customers.) They adjusted the settings for us and the four of us tested the operation by standing still in the garage to watch the light go off, then on, then off. Professional, courteous, and friendly - that's the experiences we have had with A1, both at this property and our former property. Kudos to Kevin and Hector.

  Had my spring go out on my garage door on a Saturday evening. Found A-1 and went in their website and requested service. Got a call Sunday morning at 7:30am. A-1 had a technical out by 10:00am. The technician was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted for the spring replacement and drafted the pricing for what was needed. After the repairs were complete the technician was able to provide discounts and a service plan below the originally quoted amount. Great service, staff, technician, and overall experience with A-1. Will definitely use again and recommend them to any family and friends.

  I made an appointment to have my A1 garage door tuned up. I was ready to pay $30 but Louie said it was part of the service you get with a new door (A1 installed a couple years ago). He and the guy shadowing Louie that day (great guy but forget his name) did an excellent job tuning it up … it worked great but now it works even better and Louie fixed my keypad that wasn’t working! These guys are 5 stars.

  This was one of the best sales and service calls that I have ever had. The service technician, Johann, was very personable, friendly, and did not push the hard sell. Unlike other companies’ tactics, Johann explained what was wrong with my door, what he believed needed to be absolutely done, and then introduced option number 2, which, when he finished explaining everything, seemed like the only right choice. So, I got a new garage door.
