  Had tried to repair my golf garage door several times without success. So I called A1 Garage Door Service. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to dispatch a tech that same afternoon. Matt arrived and was apprised about the issues with my garage door. Matt examined the broken garage door and was abled to repair it in a reasonable amount of time. Matt throughout the process was courteous and professional throughout the time he spent repairing the door. In the end, Matt advised me of future things to look for if the garage door acts up again. Matt is a true asset to your company.

  Carson was my service technician and was awesome! I had a tuneup on the door and the opener and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and gave me recommendations about what to do to keep the door working smoothly. He is a very personable young man, and did not push any hard up-sales which I appreciated. He will be my go to guy for any future visits!

  We scheduled based on a non-urgent need for work on an old model garage door opener. We were able to get a visit later the same day. The technician was compulsive about confirming the cause of the problem and offered repair or replacement without trying to steer me in any specific way. We ended up going with a new model with a belt drive. We are very satisfied with the work. It’s worth mentioning that the price is pretty negotiable. The Initial quote was pretty high, more than I was willing to pay. After a quick call, we were able to settle at a price that I thought was on the high side, but still reasonable.

  Chandler was extremely professional from the first call giving me an ETA to the moment he wrapped up. He was very straightforward and kind, and found creative solutions within my budget. He was patient with a long last job of the day and the way he restored my service and safety took a much needed load off my mind.   Marco was highly professional and helpful. I am a disabled veteran and I can't do the things I use to do for myself. He never seemed rushed even though he had other jobs to get to. He made the time to explain my situation and helped me navigate the new setup. I'd say he is the right person for his line of work. Please be sure to give him a holiday bonus!
