  Xavier was able to complete flooring, paint, & additional renovation job for the entire residence within 1 month. He is a business man through and through. Thank you for your ability to complete the task before the next tenant move in date.

  He and his team arrived when they said they were going to! Did what they were supposed to, and for a reasonable price! I praise them because in this day and age those 3 things don’t happen! Five stars!

  We recently used XMHOMESERVICES for several projects at our new home, including painting multiple walls and the downstairs ceiling, installing a doggie door, and applying a polyaspartic coating to our garage floor. Not everything went perfectly the first time, but what stood out was their commitment to making things right. They redid the ceiling and reapplied the top coat on the garage floor until the results met expectations. We also needed a wall patch completed at the home we're selling, and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Xavier was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated regularly, kept us updated on progress, and sent photos along the way, which was especially helpful. Overall, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to stand behind their work. We would use them again.

  Right from the start, I was treated like a valued customer. XM came out and carefully assessed my old but still sturdy outdoor ramada, definitely in need of paint after 14 years in the sun. Once we agreed on the price, three nice and efficient fellows came on time to do the scraping and painting. They were reliable, on time, pleasant, and they did a great job. Highly recommended!
