I got a call from the tech, Daniel, after only a few minutes and he let me know theres a $188 emergency fee, no problem, and drove the hour or so to my house. Not only did he find the problem, but he hung around just a bit to make sure it wasnt anything else. And thankfully he did! Because he stayed, he was able to find the ROOT problem. So grateful that he got me up and running!

In addition, Daniel took the time to help me set the times and temperatures on my thermostat. I recommend Temco.
