  As an electrician with 15 years of experience with different companies and business models and a former high school HVAC teacher, I am aware of several scenarios I would rather avoid when engaging with a business for the first time. As such, I spent a day or two looking through reviews searching for things like “honesty”, “repair rather than replace”, and of course affordability. As a bit of a know-it-all, do-it-myself type of guy, I can honestly say I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Temco, and specifically their technician Thomas H. Thomas was professional and polite from the start, allowed me to share my armchair diagnosis with grace, and identified the issue in less time than it took to open and close the equipment. My favorite part is always learning and gaining knowledge in these situations, and Thomas communicated at each step in such a way I believe it to be normal operating procedure, adding to the feeling of transparency and honesty in how Temco operates! HIGHLY recommended by a guy who very rarely entertains the idea of paying for what he can do himself. 😎🤙

  Today I had a 'soft-start' device installed on my AC which was recommended by our Temco technician, Daniel. It was installed quickly and I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable and kind Daniel is. My family recently had him for our seasonal check-up for our two AC systems as well and were so highly impressed. One of the best technicians we've had and would not hesitate to recommend very highly to anyone in need of AC repair!

  Had a wonderful experience with Temco today. Cody arrived on time and was very polite and professional. I have a 16 year old unit that’s lived its best life. After throughly inspecting my unit, he came down and gave the diagnosis. He explained my options and gave me his opinion if he were in my shoes. No pressure at all. I will continue to use Temco and hopefully will see Cody.

  They installed my A/C 10+ years ago, and still keep it running to this day. I technically had 2 leaks today, so I called Temco to schedule an appointment and they sent someone they same day. Daniel Martinez arrived and spoke with me, made jokes, laughed at my jokes and was generally a gracious tech. He immediately identified why the system was leaking and promptly fixed it. I then asked if he didn't mind seeing why a random pipe was leaking on my roof, which was identified as the old supply for my Swamp cooler, so he fixed that too. Thank you Daniel, and thank you Temco for always being willing to help!
