  I called to make a repair appointment and because it was not a full roof replacement they told me they were too busy to send anyone out. I was shocked they refused. Did not bother to ask for an address before they said sorry we are not helping or even trying. Disappointed, waste of my time, and based on my experience this business should NOT have a 4 star, almost 5 star rating. Call someone else for your roof.

  We had a kitchen that was running well over 82-83 degrees ambient temperature because of cheap plastic skylights that were installed by the former owner. We called Southern Arizona Roof Associates and Dan took us through his recommendations for new Velux skylights with low-e glass. It was explained very clearly, the pricing was upfront and lower than we expected for four replacement skylights with solar powered shutters, etc. From there Melanie took our information and communicated with us regularly through the very short process, we signed the estimate and within a week our skylights were replaced by a very positive and friendly crew. Our kitchen now the same temperature it reads on the thermostat. The easiest way to wrap up our review is to say that Southern Arizona Roof Associates is now our full-service roof company for life. As long as they are in business, they will be our first call from here on out.

  Superb communication! Great at scheduling appointments…materials…& labor. Incredible attention to detail. Supervisor has to over 30 years hands on experience designing & engineering stone coated roofs. Same level of experience installing stratified flat on-lay roofs with bonafide bonding and sealing agents. Very very satisfying to work honest people

  This year, I needed a shingle roof replacement. After 7 estimates, I settled on Southern Arizona Roof Associates. Everyone I had contact with was professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Please know that I'm a detail oriented consumer, so a few venting options were considered. Special kudos go to Dan, Melanie and Rusty for providing excellent service and the patience needed to deal with me. When I had a question or concern, these were answered in a timely manner. The roofing crew was great and worked efficiently to get my roof done in 3 days. And they were really nice, polite guys! I highly recommend S AZ Roof Associates. I think you'll be very happy with the outcome.

  Always great work. The workers are friendly and personable, professional and knowledgeable. Have been using Dan since at least 2010, always a pleasure!
