  Micah was professional, kind, helpful. Fixed our a/c quickly, same day, even offered to come earlier when another customer cancelled and an earlier time opened up. Incredible customer service. When a part needed replacing he already had it handy and took care of it immediately.

  I had a wonderful experience with Serrano's Heating and Cooling! The online scheduling was so convenient and easy to use. The technician, Micah, did a fantastic job checking my system. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything. It is hard to find that kind of honesty these days! I will definitely keep using them for my future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

  On last visit there were two reasons for service; A). I have been buried with proposals and estimates for a complete change out for a system that Serrano installed some time ago. I specd the recent construction, TEP average and 3.5 tonage—-and received embarrassing high ranging estimates (9 to 14 k with little chance for rebate due to these were low SEER units. So having trust that you had records on ii, I was hoping for a sharp pencil bid. First. B) I knew we needed a maintenance check up— In general your front office sent men for the service first and a no record of the age make and model to determine if it is futile to fix a unit about to be retired. Thus we had initially confusioni about the order of deciding service or truck on board parts. Michael did a good job checking early back at the office. The maintenance was good with M being lead and David running.. Michael was cautious to over explain. I do talk alot…so had my wife go outside which misread me (pride) He is fine and David as well. Work on your install database and act using facilities management principles to market and warn customers of service time due (like auto dealers). It builds business

  The AC was not cooling properly and I called Serrano’s Heating and Cooling. They came right out and Gus,Sr. Replaced a part and the AC was immediately cooling again! Very Happy with the great professionalism and customer focus at Serrano’s!! Thank you for the excellent service! 👍😊😎
