  I'm a bit late getting this review done. Rite Way has an amazing crew. Geoffrey came and did our estimate. Damien, Jesus and Reyes were the crew that worked on installing our new system. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional bunch of guys. The installation crew were here for 11 hrs without taking lunch. We fed them dinner, they deserved it. Very hard working crew and did an amazing job. We love our new system and We were able to finance through Rite way and wells Fargo with 5 yrs 0% interest, we couldn't pass that up. Our old system was a swamp cooler and electric furnace and the ducking was rusted out so we were basically heating and cooling the outside. We went with a Trane 6 stage High efficiency with SEER2 17.1, multi-speed technology for enhanced comfort, universal 24V compatibility central air and heat pump system. It's very quiet running. 👍 Nothing on our roof anymore 🎉 the first 5 photos are the old system. The last 4 photos are the Rite way installed system. Great job guys!

  Robert arrived on time and completely prepared for the task at hand. He was thorough, tidy and informative. He prepared a thorough report to help us prioritize our options annd our budget for repairs. His communication skills and style put us at ease. Robert left us with the impression that he valued us as clients and respected us as fellow owners and consumers. Robert’s follow up visit to complete the repairs we selected was every bit a positive as our initial visit. We can recommend Robert and Rite Way without reservation. We feel like we received a great value and an exceptional experience with Rite Way and Robert Morgan. We will continue rely on Rite Way to service our HVAC system and plumbing. We have not had any electrical issues since we lived in our home. Based on our experience with their plumbing and service technicians, Rite Way would be my first call with any electrical issue or challenge.

  I was so glad that I choose Rite Way. They were very friendly helpful and also respectful with lots of patience. The prices were reasonable and competitive with other companies. But it helped me decide because of their technology and because they had pictures of what my system would look like when it was completed. I had an evaporated cooler and a gas furnace so they had to replace and rewire alot of things to set me up with a complete AC unit and heater combination. They worked had and always had a positive attitude even in the heat.When the job was completed they walked me thru it and show me a viedo of my roof..The guys cleaned up afterwards and you would never know of the work they did. I highly recommend them.

  In January TEP diagnosed the underground electric service cable on my property was failing. Since I was owner of the service cable the cost was mine. TEP suggested I contact John Gallagher of Rite Way Heating Cooling and Plumbing of Green Valley who was familiar with this type project. John was part of the electrical services and he was great explaining what had happened, the cost, and how the project was going to progress. Trenching and backfill had to be scheduled. TEP upgraded the pedestal and install new conduit system. John G and his fellow technicians Alexander Vidal and Monte Moore installed my new main breaker panel. So many important details to complete this project successfully and thanks to John, Monte and Alexander, they were able to achieve that. They cleaned up all the debris and even tagged a note on my gates saying “Keep Closed” so my little dog wouldn’t run out when they left for the day. I am very grateful and satisfied with the work they did. Most importantly, John, Monte and Alexander were always showing up with a friendly and professional attitude and would patiently answer my questions and address my concerns. It was wonderful having them as a team working on this project which took months to complete. It is hard working outside in the dirt and heat so I really appreciate their efforts to get the job done and still be mindful of the customer’s concerns.

  From the very beginning Daniela was amazing professional detailed and attentive by far one of the most positive experiences since moving to Tucson she explained everything in detail left nothing to question was patient trough the whole process made sure we were comfortable with every step before she moved on. I would recommend her and her company to anyone in need of their services by far one of the best companies we have had the pleasure of working with. The installation went like clock work Lorenzo and his team showed up exactly when they said they would started working immediately. They were very professional and had a great attitude. The work they performed was some of the cleanest work I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t state how much my family and I appreciate all the effort from Lorenzo and his crew thank you for all the hard work. Great prices great products and many options available to work with your financial needs we will definitely be calling her back for any future projects thank you Daniela and Lorenzo and your crew thank you rite way you’ve made a life long customer.
