Someone got back to me almost instantly and I had an appointment booked for later in the day. I had Armani come out to work on our job and he was fantastic! Very professional—explained a lot of the intracacies and the potential issues. He found the problem quickly and had the right tools/resources and know-how to fix my A/C unit. Highly recommended!

He goes out of his way and provides outstanding customer service. He explains everything in detail, is honest, and reliable. Today was installation day and Armani, Junior, and Nick all got the job done quickly and efficiently. With customer service of this caliber, we will not be going anywhere else other than One Hour Air Conditioning.

Here is the scam: They essentially take photos of anyplace with some dust or dirt and make a vague line item for a few hundred dollars. They also tack on a few hundred bucks for a “membership” with them. Then they took my AC unit and cranked it down to 60 on a 110 degree day in July until it was overheating and quoted me ten thousand dollars for a new unit. Of course my AC was struggling to cool 50 degrees below ambient temperature, no AC unit is designed to do that. They probably damaged my AC unit doing this. After all of this they proceeded to give a sales pitch. I absolutely will not be using this company for any repair and I strongly recommend that buyers beware.
