  Suspected water pressure was too high and Oscar provided a reading that showed 95 PSI!! Home should have maximum of 60 PSI but home built in 1970s were not required to have pressure regulator valves so we did not know it was a risk. Oscar was able to install one for us quickly, easily at reasonable cost. As you can see in photos, a clean installation. Professional and dependable. House now has 55 PSI and my plumbing fixtures are all happy. Would recommend Oscar. He is part owner and takes pride in his service. His reputation matters to him so he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Told us to contact if we had any questions or concerns.

  If you are looking for an honest, reputable, reliable, family owned and operated plumbing service- YOU FOUND IT!l Little long review, but they deserve an honest and in depth one. Joe, Tanya and John are truly the best and take real pride in their operations. I live in a 1953 home. I had just spent $20k with Rooter Ranger to repipe under the home, yard and reconnect to the sewer (11/2025). My bathroom sink still wouldn’t drain. I called RR back out. RR snaked it and “jetted” it and still couldn’t clear it, drained but slow. I called them back and turns out this national company went out of business. Crushed doesn’t begin to describe it. I spent a small fortune, for me at least, on this and they were out of business. We were using a bowl in the sink and the smell was unpleasant. I began looking online and found My Plumber. They had excellent reviews. I called and they were available immediately to help. John came on time, he was kind and professional. I told him that it was previously snaked with no luck. I told him I didn’t want to have to pay for it again because it didn’t work. He assured me that he needed to check and if that was the case, it would be credited to new work. Wouldn’t you know, John CLEARED IT! It was an old black cap that had perfectly gotten stuck in the pipe. I was so grateful and emotional because I assumed this was going to be another costly bill. He did tell me that the hookup to the pipe was corroding, under the sink. I should replace it before it gave out and caused a larger problem. I said yes, good idea. He did warn me that if they couldn’t remove it-because of the age and corrosion-we may need to go behind the wall. I understood. Today owners Joe and Tanya came to take camera footage and replace the corroded hookup under the bathroom sink. Joe was able to get it off and replaced without issue. Another win for my wallet. Tanya showed me the video of the gunk and build up in the pipe and suggested to hydrojet it. I did ask how long the buildup looked like it had been there since I was told by RR they had jetted it. This was years and years of build up, RR did not jet it-should have known. It was black and stinky. After they jetted it, the water quickly swirled right down the drain. I was shocked and so happy. I did ask if repiping was something I needed to worry or prepare for. Joe and Tanya said no, not at this time. There was very little cast iron that came out, I should be good for a long while. Pipes were in better shape than we thought. They packed up, cleaned up and let me know if I had any concerns or if it for some reason the drain got clogged, to reach out and they would take care of it. Sigh of relief. These are highly trained and educated plumbers, with a family business that will be around for a long time. They truly care about their work and customers. I would recommend My Plumber to my family, friends and complete strangers. Thank you again to Joe, Tanya and John! Your thoroughness, knowledge and integrity saved me money and gave me peace of mind.

  Needed help with plumbing under kitchen sink. Oscar arrived on time and explained the work involved, provided an estimate of repairs and then exceptional service. Great communication and took time to educate me about the plumbing and what he was doing the entire time. I requested the old water filter system be removed, the valves for hot water/cold water be replaced with a separate valves for refrigerator connection and dishwasher. Entire drain pipe replaced as there were leaks in drains from both kitchen sinks. Very involved plumbing repair but I felt that the cost was well worth it and reasonable. Cleaned up after himself - left no trace. Promptly email receipt to me. I asked for estimates for future plumbing services to budget and those were also emailed to me the same day.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were referred to My Plumber by a family friend, first time having to make this call too, and I’m so glad we gave them a call! We originally reached out because our old water heater was no longer producing hot water and making loud bubbling noises. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, thoroughly assessed the situation, and clearly explained our options with no pressure. We ultimately decided to replace our old water heater with a new system, and the installation was handled well. The technician was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly. Our existing pipes were also outdated, so those were replaced as well. We’ll definitely be using My Plumber for future water heater maintenance and any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!
