  I had a leak in my backyard. I called Goodfellas on a Saturday afternoon and Jason came out within an hour. I thought it was my main line as I had that replaced last month with Goodfellas, but it turned out to be my irrigation system. Jason helped me shut it off, and even showed me where the problem was and explained how to fix it so I can do it myself instead of calling a landscaper. He also checked my water heater per my request since I had noticed a possible small leak. He flushed the system and even offered to check out the house for other leaks. He was incredibly professionally, explained everything to me. I’m a newer home owner and I appreciate when people explain to me what’s going on and the best way to care for things as this is all new to me. Jason sent me some quotes for the water heater and explained about the various options. I didn’t feel pressured to commit to buying a new one immediately. I would highly recommend Jason Shreves for any plumbing needs.

  Super happy with my experience with this company. I came home after a long day at work to find my house at 83 degrees and climbing — and neither my animals nor I were prepared for that. I noticed my neighbors were using their service, so I called hoping for a miracle… and honestly, I got one. My neighbors were their last stop of the day, and they were able to come right over. Not only did they add me to their route same day, but the specialist already had the failed component on hand and had everything installed and running again within an hour. The service was impeccable and immediate, and Anthony Henriquez was an absolute gentleman — beyond polite, professional, and courteous. Truly flawless customer service from start to finish. I can’t express enough how highly satisfying this experience was. HIGHLY recommend!

  My AC stopped working while temperatures were in the 90s, so I called Goodfellas to come take a look. Cole C. and Zach were sent to my house, and they were both absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the issue. They explained everything clearly, which was amazing because I know nothing about HVAC, and were able to really communicate what was wrong and what needed to be done. There are some core issues happening with the AC, but they made sure that I got scheduled for the very next day (tomorrow) and even brought me portable AC units to try to make me as comfortable as possible until everything is fixed. I am currently about six months pregnant and their kindness really, really went a long way. These two absolutely exceeded my expectations and I very much appreciate them. I will be using Goodfellas for all AC tune-ups/repairs/maintenance moving forward.

  James was an excellent tech. He was nice and patient during both visits(Feb/Apr). Gave us information for the first visit and advice for the next. A/C stopped working and he was able to repair to hold us over until we could get more work done. He replaced the thermostat and upon the second visit asked how things were going and even reviewed steps with us. Friendly and informative. Marty came for drain inspections and water heater cleaning (may). I wasn’t home during his visit but before he called me my daughter had already told me how great he was! He spent :20 minutes on the phone explaining what he saw and what my options were. No sales pressure and very detailed. I definitely am enjoying their customer service and attention to detail.

  These guys are always so kind, knowledgeable and especially patient with all my questions! Goodfellas has been nothing but good to us. If you’re looking for an honest HVAC buisneas this is the place. The owner Brent is true to his word and works hard to give you the best deal. Some of his employees are long time friends so that tells you what kind of a man he is! Jake my HVAC Tech today was friendly and worked fast to fix my issue. He was honest with what was wrong and showed me pics of the issue before and after he fixed it. HONEST! Please don’t judge the business by the ladies answering the phone. Brent is honest and so is his crew! Give them your business you won’t regret it!
