  Cole of Goodfellas gave a courtesy call to let me know he was 30 minutes away as did the office. He was extremely polite and very thorough. I had several issues going on with my unit and Cole did a great job communicating what he identified using photos and without mansplaining. He had a needed part available and installed it right away to get the unit running again. He made some recommendations about potential options and will be back out to double check the unit again based on the new part he installed. I greatly appreciate the service. Cole did an excellent job and I would highly recommend.

  I can’t recommend Goodfellas enough! Our AC went out, and after having multiple companies come out, the first one told us our only option was to replace the entire unit. Thankfully, we decided to get another opinion. The team at Goodfellas took the time to properly diagnose the issue, found the actual problem, and fixed it without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and the repair was very affordable. What stood out the most was that you could genuinely tell they cared about doing what was best for us, not what was most profitable for their company. If you’re looking for an AC tech in Marana or anywhere in the Tucson area, I highly recommend Goodfellas. They earned our trust, and they’ll be the first company we call for any HVAC needs in the future.

  Wow! If I could give 10+ stars, I would. I always believe a solid and true review comes after you have had the interaction and lived with the product provided. It has been a few weeks since Goodfellas came out and provided a new system for our home. The team that came out to evaluate and install was one of the most professional teams I have seen. It is always strange having someone in your home you do not know, but these guys were so respectful and had the best professionalism. No part of me was ever worried about safety in their presence. As for the product they installed, the system works amazingly and cools our home very quickly. It's small and quiet but works flawlessly. I have never had to call them to come back and change anything; it was all done right the first time. THANK YOU, Goodfellas, for employing highly respectful and knowledgeable people & ensuring your customers get the best equipment. If you are thinking about using them, DO IT! We will be calling again soon to have our second system done!

  My A/C unit was both short cycling and continuously running for excessively long periods of time without a break. Additionally, the air flow out of the vents felt sluggish and slow, and it was noticeably humid inside my house. I was recently told by the HVAC company I’ve been using for years (and same company who installed my current system in Sept 2020) that I need a new system and nothing could be done service-wise to improve the existing one. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Goodfellas based on their excellent reviews. Their service tech Kenny came out late on a Friday (same day I called). It only took him a few minutes to discover the issue, which was something obvious that the tech from my former HVAC company missed either due to laziness or negligence. Kenny also performed proper service/preventive maintenance and cleaned the condenser coils (how they are supposed to be cleaned by rinsing them with water). In doing so, he observed that the coils had likely never been cleaned at all. This is partly a relief and also disheartening, as I’ve been paying for an annual service contract, which includes spring and fall tune-ups, for the past several years to my former HVAC company who has apparently not performed any service or PM at all. I could immediately tell a difference (improvement) before he even descended the ladder from my roof. And since his visit, the air flow is faster and stronger, and it actually feels much cooler in here. The system is also cycling ON and OFF about three times per hour the way it should. I think this work takes the right set of skills and experience combined with the integrity to do the right thing, and Kenny has all of that. Based on this experience, I am very happy and relieved that I called Goodfellas, and that Kenny was available to resolve the issues with my A/C and get it running the way it should, and that I do not need to immediately replace an only six-going-on-seven year old system. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for future business.

  Stellar company -MARTY IS THE BEST!!! When our AC went out during the Arizona heat, Goodfellas HVAC came through for our family in a way that exceeded every expectation. They truly bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of when we needed help most. Marty and Anthony were absolutely incredible. From the moment we spoke with them, it was clear that they genuinely cared about our situation and understood that this wasn't something that could wait. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. There's a reason this company is called Goodfellas—Marty and Anthony truly embody that name. They treated us with kindness, respect, and honesty every step of the way. In a situation where many companies might take advantage of customers who are desperate for relief from the Arizona heat, Goodfellas HVAC did the exact opposite. They provided exceptional customer service, reasonable pricing, and a level of integrity that is hard to find these days.
