  I returned to Goettle after leaving due to dissatisfaction with their service. Today I'd like to share my gratitude for this company. Their customer service has served me very well. They helped me to figure out some very costly issues I was needing in my home. Not only were they kind and compassionate to my needs and budget but helped me to be able to get those much needed items to fit within a budget I could afford! I am very pleased and so happy with my decision to return to Goettle! Thank you all for your exceptional customer service and understanding! 😄

  I bought an older home and wanted to start maintenance on my AC unit to see if it was in good condition. The technician, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable and took time to take pictures of parts needed to keep my AC running properly. He even took pictures of the numbers his meter was reading, and explained to me what these numbers meant and where these numbers should be to keep my AC running smoothly and not struggling. He showed me prices for each part needed and he had these parts in his van and he got every part replaced, the same day he came out to inspect my AC unit. I waa in shock because most companies come out and guve you a quote and schedule for anorher day for them to come out and get work done/completed. I am so glad I went with Goettl Air Conditiomong and Plumbing! My cost was much lower than what I had set aside for my AC maintenance/repairs. I can't thank Amthony enough...and of course, Goettl! THANK YOU!

  We got a massive more more than 2,000 water bill, we immediately called to make sure there wasn't some crazy flooding. Caleb went above and beyond to resolve the issue going way out of his way and proved it wasn't our lines that were the issue. He also let us know what replacing a line that could be a problem in the future could be and if that comes to pass we'll definitely be using them again. Absolute banger of a job and Caleb killed it, and the water company realized we didn't waste multiple Olympic pools worth of water and refunded us too in no small part thanks to this company and at a reasonable price, thanks!

  My HVAC system was 11 years old. It was loud and there was no air flow in my house. By the time the hotest part of the day got here my house felt like an oven. When I scheduled for an estimate Goettl sent out one of their own to check my system. His name is Anthony. When he got to my house he was very professional, kind, and showed a sincerity and concern to what we were experiencing. He ran all of this tests, found out all the problems with my unit. He walked me through his findings. The main issue was that the HVAC system I bought with my new home was already broken and was the wrong size for the house that I got. Anthony worked with his team to get me a monthly payment that was reasonable with my budget. I am a low income household and after buying my first home it has been one thing after another. My homeowners insurance wanted to charge me to come out to diagnose the situation. Goettl didn't charge me anything to get a diagnostics. They kept working with me to get me a new system that was sized just right for my home and they installed just the next day. I highly recommend Anthony for any type of service or estimate anyone needs. I am so satisfied with the service and satisfied with a nice cool house.

  Had them do a few jobs. Wish I hadn't. The last time I had them come out with a camera, they said there were roots in a line and the whole thing had to be replaced. Made me look at something vague on their camera feed, and then quoted a several thousand repair job. I had THREE OTHER PLUMBING COMPANIES to come take a look, NONE of them found any "roots" or "cracks" or anything. Makes me wish I'd done the same thing for the other so-called plumbing issues they "fixed" for us. Always get several quotes, these guys are trained to upsell and "talk to their manager, to see if there's anything they can do" to convince you they're giving you a deal. All the while, they're just another private equity company doing their best to squeeze honest folk dry. Shameful. Not the fault of the workers who came out for the jobs, they were always nice, but still a darn shame.
