  Nathan was thorough in his documentation of the issues with my HVAC. He also spent a significant amount of time going into detail on the problems that I could potentially face with my old HVAC down the road. He was not at all pushy, there were no sales tactics. And he did not dumb things down for me. An excellent experience overall

  I had the pleasure of having Mathew today for an AC service. He did at great job with our two AC units. He was efficient, honest, and respectful. He gave us a thorough analysis of the prognosis and was patient with me while explaining since I was busy with my son and my friend. I appreciated his hard work and would be happy to work with him again. Thank you!

  I had a visit from a technician and as a starter their customer service is amazing, they gave me a quick diagnosis of my problem and a a way to repair the damage done to a broken pipe in my house, as well as the operator on the phone, they are very kind and very good with their customers. I was attended by a man named Josh, i hope this review gets to him and he gets credit for his hard work and excellent communication.

  Stacy came to give us first time maintenance on our ac unit and set us up with the Goettl membership. He was incredibly informative and seemed very experienced. Stacy gave us a ton of information about how our ac unit was functioning and how we could optimize it. He recommended getting our insulation redone as it was potentially hindering our ac function. Also helped us address our loud rumbly outdoor unit that had some loose screws on the faceplate. He let us know about plumbing work done with Goettl as well. He was able to provide us estimates for different services and suggested several items to address and the timeline we should aim for. Overall Stacy was super friendly even chatting us up about our dogs, we had a great experience and look forward to working with Goettl in the future.

  I am a disabled veteran who lives on a VA pension. My dog chewed threw the refrigerant line and wires leaving my sons and I without AC. Joseph Rubio was sent to look at the problem, the total bill was over 2300 dollars, something I could not afford. Joseph got on his phone and spoke with his supervisor and Goettl did EVERYTHING possible to adjust my bill so we could get the AC working again. It took the entire day of yeomans work to repair the damage. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and hard working. When his supervisor came to the house to assist him, he treated my sons and myself like family, they are of the highest ilk. The smile and satisfaction these two men gave me is a tremendous reflection of their work and the great credit they bring to Goettl.
