They got the situation fixed and dealt with. The technician did an amazing job and we got it all sorted. I still miss out on my shift at work and the OT that comes with it. But thats a small price to pay to have everything working, the technician David handle it well and even handle my upset attitude to get a solution. A++ work all around. Still waiting to hear from a manager but that is it's own thing and doesnt have tread with my review or outlook on how the work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you again for being the best David.

I am absolutely thrilled with "Nate, Nathan, I'm good with either" and Goettl Tucson! Simply amazing!
I'll give you a little quick background. We live in Three Points so if some place will come to service us they virtually always add an additional $50 because we don't live in freaking downtown Tucson. Not Goettl! In fact, 24 hours after calling with our emergency Nate arrived for our free evaluation. (A thing of beauty, that policy.)
He examined the 1 of our 2 units that was leaking into the home where pictured, determined that we had a drainage issue and corrected the problem that our last "Expert" caused in under an hour.
What was the total? As I told Nate, I expected to hear anything from $2,000 to you need a new unit from him because since moving to Az 8+ years ago we've replaced 1 of our 2 central HVAC units 4 times. WHO CAN AFFORD THAT?!? (We don't even run the 2nd HVAC because it needs replacement, but only services the bedrooms because a genius novice home builder set this system up, which most technicians have only seen in the basement of a brick and mortar home, not the living room of a manufactured home.) I stayed myself and waited for his response. "Nope, you don't need a new one yet. This is a condensate issue because it was set up wrong. See how this piece is jammed right up against this pipe? Yeah, that's a release valve that's supposed to pop up in exactly this situation. It can't pop up where it's placed."
Nate installed a vent, a portal for us to clear the line and checked things outside. $150 TOTAL!! I could have hugged him! I was having SUCH a bad day and Nate turned it all around. Thank you very much, Boss! And thank you Goettl, you are our HVAC company moving forward!
PS - For the record we went our first six years here and were told by no less than five different HVAC technicians and companies that we needed to have the coils cleaned on both of our HVAC units. Everyone who came out assured us that that was our problem without taking a close look at anything else for years. Right up until we had the expert coil cleaner come out, take both units apart and tell us that he was not going to clean either one because neither needed cleaning! This seems to be the Tucson racket; If you can't find anything else then charge them for a coil cleaning. After all, it's usually only grand or two, right? Not Goettl. They have integrity and don't charge or suggest services that are not needed.
We were quoted the price for a brand new A/C by another company after they said that the condenser was shot in our unit. We called Goettl for a second opinion. Matthew W. came out and did a thorough inspection of the entire unit. He even went up into the attic and checked all systems to verify proper output and check all systems. He showed us all the results and brought us outside to the unit and explained what was causing our issue and what was needed to fix it. The repairs were significantly cheaper than the original replacement cost quoted by the other company. Matthew came back 3 days later as promised and fixed the unit. Matthew was courteous, professional and truly cared about us and our situation. He is a credit to his profession and to Goettl. I highly recommend Goettl to anyone that wants a honest diagnosis and no sales pitch.

Scheduled a second-opinion diagnostic and was told by the scheduler, Sarah, that it would be free. That's the only reason I booked. When the technician, Nathan, arrived, I was suddenly told it would be $150 unless I committed to repairs through them. Had I been told that on the phone, I might have paid it — but I wasn't. Nathan didn't even seem surprised the scheduler had gotten it wrong, which tells me this is a known gap between what schedulers promise and what technicians honor. He went to his truck to "check with a manager," then came back and framed it as whether I wanted to "pay him $150." A visit I'd scheduled as free simply wasn't honored.
Beyond the fee, before he even looked at my unit, he launched into what he expected to find and what home warranties will and won't cover — none of which I asked for. I've been without proper cooling for two months in the Tucson summer and have had multiple companies out just trying to find the actual problem. I said several times that all I wanted was to know what's wrong, and I didn't feel heard. Whether it was the tech or the manager who decided not to honor what I was promised, the result was the same. Between the miscommunication and the lack of training, I won't be back.

I found out the the main water line had ruptured under my house. Called Goettl and they immediately sent out Caelin to evaluate. He crawled through a very tight crawl space, found the broken pipe and explained that the pipe they used originally was sub standard material and there was a class action suit because of it. He explained that the entire house would need all water pipes replaced due to the sub standard pipes used on my house. I spoke with the office and they immediately set up time to do the replacement, how much it would be and that it would take about 2 days to complete. On time Julian and Jeff came out, did an entire house inspection, and got to work. They couldn’t complete the entire house in one day, but since I have 2 bathrooms in my house, they completed all the house except the master bathroom, leaving us for the night with one working bathroom. Julian and Jeff came back early the next day to complete the job. This cheap piping was all through this house, but they replaced all the inside piping with proper copper everywhere, bathrooms, showers, tubs, kitchen, laundry, water heater… all copper, all professionally installed. Perfect!
There is a reason everyone has heard of Goettl. Excellent response, immediate action, making sure the entire house was piped perfectly and correctly. And sweeping and cleaning up behind themselves.
Great job Caelin, Julian and Jeff for there unmatched professionalism, pride in their work, and just the expertise to do a job of this size perfectly.
