- CEClarissa EscamillaJul 23, 20265.0Really great customer service and floor installation. We wanted to replace dated tiles with glue down LVP and dingy old carpet in a house we recently purchased. They were knowledgeable in the show room and listened to what I wanted. They were quick to get us the estimate after measuring too and worked in our timeline to get the floors in so we could move in. The installation crew was friendly and answered questions when I showed up to check out how things were going. I love how it turned out. We had considered complete flooring and empire flooring but went with flooring direct for their responsiveness, customer service, quality products. Will definitely be coming here again in the future if we redo our bathrooms.

We had them install the carpet in our home and had to go back years later to get our bedroom carpet replaced due to a water leak. The carpet style was discontinued but Navid went out of his way to research and find an alternative that looks exactly like our original carpet. The carpet was installed quickly and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend getting your flooring from here.

Navid was excellent from start to finish. He was honest and direct. Karlus installed the flooring in our house and he went above and beyond for us. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Moji provided outstanding guidance as we made our carpet selection and came to our home to do the measurements. Navid and Moji promptly answered all our questions regarding the contract and the installation/work schedule. The carpet installation crew was very professional, friendly and courteous. They did a superb job installing the carpet, as well as carefully moving the furniture.
