Really amazing people here. Navid and his wife were so helpful and their store is beautifully laid out with many great choices in flooring. My order came in 7-10 business days and pick up was easy. Navid was nice enough to let me take some sample tiles with me right out of the store and bring them back so I could actually see what they looked like in my home. Highly recommend them. Pricing was also very fair.

I had a fantastic experience with Flooring Direct earlier this year. (I’ve been meaning to write a review, but life got busy!) Everything exceeded my expectations from design, selection, quality of materials, workmanship, communication, timing, and reasonable price. The first time I went in the store, with just a general idea of wanting LVT flooring, Moji took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between options, including length of planks, color nuances, backing, and grain. After sending me home with 5 large samples to try in different places and lighting in my house, she came out to my house to further help me with selecting the one that coordinated best with my kitchen counters. She even helped me select a paint color since I planned to paint the walls as well. Her help was indispensable and she was a pleasure to work with. The price was very reasonable compared to two other companies I had spoken to. And the guys that installed it did a fantastic job! Since I had them put in new baseboards as well, there was one area where I decided I didn’t want quarter round. They came back and removed it without any hesitation. I still marvel at how perfectly they brought the LVT around the bathroom door and up to the tub as well as around the curved fireplace. They also did the stairs, with white risers, that turned out beautifully! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Flooring Direct and plan to return to them when it’s time to do any other flooring project!

Don't post prices of materials... make you call them so they can try and sell you more than what you really wanted. We all know you know your per sqft prices for material.... why not everyone time and post them.

Really great customer service and floor installation. We wanted to replace dated tiles with glue down LVP and dingy old carpet in a house we recently purchased. They were knowledgeable in the show room and listened to what I wanted. They were quick to get us the estimate after measuring too and worked in our timeline to get the floors in so we could move in. The installation crew was friendly and answered questions when I showed up to check out how things were going. I love how it turned out. We had considered complete flooring and empire flooring but went with flooring direct for their responsiveness, customer service, quality products. Will definitely be coming here again in the future if we redo our bathrooms.

Can’t speak highly enough about Flooring Direct! We had them install the carpet in our home and had to go back years later to get our bedroom carpet replaced due to a water leak. The carpet style was discontinued but Navid went out of his way to research and find an alternative that looks exactly like our original carpet. The carpet was installed quickly and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend getting your flooring from here.
