  We replaced carpeting in 2 rooms with engineered hardwood flooring. The folks at Flooring Direct went out of their way to ensure we got the flooring we wanted installed into our home. Moji was very patient with us as we examined flooring samples in the showroom. She insisted we take several samples home to compare them to existing flooring and trim. Navid even traveled to our home (an hour away from their showroom) to survey our rooms to ensure they could provide a satisfactory installation and firm quote. During that survey trip Navid answered our installation questions and put our concerns at ease. Pablo provided expert installation. We are pleased with the results and recommend Flooring Direct for your next project.

  Looking for new flooring for your entire home can be scary. I walked through big box stores feeling overwhelmed. I knew I wanted LVP but what color what brand. I remembered seeing Flooring Direct on Speedway I decided to stop by. That was a great decision. Moji was a great help. We have an old 1950's ranch home built with red adobe brick and wood beam ceilings. I showed Moji photos of the interior of my home and she sent me home with flooring samples. We decided to buy the flooring and have it installed by Flooring direct. The installers Jose and Brandon were great. They moved all of our furniture for us. They were kind and professional. The price was what I what I would have paid at a big box store but we feel better quality. They also installed new baseboards throughout our home.. With Flooring Direct it's one stop shopping and installation. I highly recommend Flooring Direct

  Moji has the style I needed for the carpet I desperately needed. My old carpet gave me allergies and with new carpet I can breathe easier. Also the install service was quick and looks great! Fair prices, I will repeat in the future.

  There are a myriad of reasons that my experience with Flooring Direct was a pleasure resulting in a wonderful new look to my home. It all started with a professional, no pressure approach by Moji. I, for one, don't like the over the top marketing approach that is prevalent and offers the deal of the day and some discount to an inflated product. Flooring Direct exists on fair pricing, accurate information presented truthfully and timely and is backed up with excellent installers such as Carlos and Jack. Not to forget Navid, a knowledgeable attentive owner who is timely in his replies, up front in his statements and someone who really cares that his product is right. I really can't fathom another residential move, but were that to happen, Flooring Direct would be high on my list of calls to get the new home up to par. Great experience all around, and thanks.

  DO NOT USE these guys for install. Complete hacks and we will have to redo in five years if not sooner. Don’t fall for the salesmen song and dance like we did. (and if they reply to this review, don’t believe that either) You’re welcome!
