- HEH ESep 18, 20265.0Bought out outdoor fireplace from them a few years ago and were very happy with price and installation. Recently, pack rats got into it and did quite a number on the wiring. They came out to fix it within days and even had all the required replacement parts with them (and would have come out for now additional charge had they needed extra parts). Again, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!

- CBC M (BeeFree)Nov 5, 20205.0I enjoyed my experience with them, knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer questions or assist with customers needs. Many beautiful displays. I don't know of another business with such displays.
- KTK TNov 21, 20195.0Great service and beautiful products. Highly recommend.
- RPRici PetersonDec 25, 20175.0Highly recommended. In contrast with "the other" fireplace store, at Earth Energy I felt valued as a customer. Brian was diligent and patient, educating me about what would and would not work for our particular situation, and walking me through a dozen decisions.
