I have been a D & H customer for a year now. I am extremely satisfied with their business! From the office staff for scheduling and keeping you up to date on techs arrival status, to the techs themselves. Merlin serviced my AC this year and did an outstanding job! He took pictures to show me exactly what the different parts were that needed replacement, including the estimate with labor. The list was organized as to 'must' do(s) to ensure excellent summer operation to items that were more should/could do(s). I will request Merlin again for my winter appointment too. I highly recommend and will be staying with D&H for my HVAC needs!
Bought a power surge protector for house ac unit. Tried to register warranty on line at icmcontrol and they ask for tech email. Called D&H for tech email address and they wouldn't give it to me for warranty registration. Why do they sell products if they can't give all the information at the time of purchase. Very disappointed in D&H Air conditioning. Time to look for another service provider for my ac unit.

Merlin was our expert technician. He did a complete and thorough examination of our system. He sat down with us, explained his findings with photos.
He was professional and courteous at all times and D&H is lucky to have an employee like him on their team.
Recommended and would use again if needed
D&H goes above and beyond. They’ve serviced our AC/heater for years and I’m never disappointed. Every D&H tech servicing our home was friendly, communicated well, and was knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
Today, Chuck came out to provide our yearly AC service and, once again, I felt confident in his thorough explanations (with pictures on his iPad of my unit) and grateful when he answered my questions clearly, in a way I understood.
Our AC unit is 13 years old and needs some work, but I never felt pressured into needing to make a decision now regarding the repairs needed versus purchasing a new unit. Chuck even explained which repairs needed priority and which could wait for a future date.
Additionally, he did not mention that I might want to consider a new unit, until I brought the matter up. D&H does not expect their techs to be sales people, they expect them to be knowledgeable technicians and fix the customer’s problems when possible.
Chuck sent his cost estimate, including the pictures of my unit, to my email, so that I can take my time to review and make decisions, on my schedule.
Whatever I decide I want done, will be done correctly and guaranteed, just as they’ve done in the past.
You can’t go wrong hiring D&H!
