  D&H provided great service when our 20+ year old HVAC system died in the middle of summer. Staff were available and helpful and quickly set up a consult for a new system. Tate provided an excellent overview of the options and the company scheduled the install as soon as we were ready. Jeremy and Matthew provided friendly and professional installation services and the new system is running great and a huge improvement! Highly recommended!

  Jacob. Came out on Sunday and looked at my AC unit. Was quickly done and got my unit going again. Great service and a very friendly technician. Will join the family maintenance thank you for great service and a great technician. 🙏🏼

  Had Devin W. come out today and he was AMAZING! Extremely professional and friendly, answered all our questions, and showed us options on how to improve our system. He explained everything in detail so we understood exactly how our system was working and what areas we should look out for. I’ll be requesting him by name in the future! Give this man a raise!

  Called D & H because my kitchen sink drain was clogged. Gave my personal information and within a few minutes a technician called stating he would arrive in approximately 30 min. The technician arrived promptly introduced himself as Carlos and went to work. He tried to clear the line via snake through pipe under the sink, had to repeat after running water and sink did not drain. Carlos explained what addition work would have to be done, using terms I could understand and cost. Carlos had to access the problem through the roof using a larger snake, it was 102 degrees outside, tested drainage by running water in the sink and viola’ the problem solved. 🤞if the problem returns within 30 days I’m to call D & H. Very pleased with this young man’s politeness and work

  I've been frustrated with the Daikin AC units recommended and installed by D&H 4 years ago. Despite getting maintenance done annually, something has failed 3 of the last 4 years. Most recently, the unit failed 1 month after a routine tune up (with a clean bill of health, btw) and was diagnosed as a dirty condenser coil. I had my doubts but gave them the benefit and went along with the $400+ cleaning. The unit worked fine for 6 days and then failed again on a Saturday evening. The technician was great, came out after dark and find out the compressor failed. He set me up with a window unit but It would be a warranty repair to be done on a Monday. It's Tuesday evening and I'm still without a working unit, awaiting a compressor to come from Phoenix. Overall, their communication and responsiveness is good and customer service is adequate, I would not recommend the Daikin products.
