Thanks to D&H for promptly and expertly installing our new HVAC unit. Moises discovered the problems with our old system and patiently explained our options. He handled himself with professionalism, as did the installers, Eric and Leon. They did a terrific job!
D and H is a first class outfit, and I recommend them highly!

Luis is the man!!! D&H came out to do a free second opinion on our heat and air systems that we had inspected/tuned up from another big name company. This other company loves to sell me stuff and it’s always “end of the world” situation so I always get second opinions. Found D&H and couldn’t be happier. Luis was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He showed me how the prior readings were wrong because the tech was probably newer and didn’t know how to correctly measure the temps. He did confirm my second unit needed cleaning and had bacterial growth. He came back promptly in the morning and cleaned the unit, going above and beyond what was required. Very happy with D&H and sending me an experienced tech!

Nathan from D&H was SUPERB!!!
Inspected all the AC & Heating. Explained all the positive and negative aspects of our system.
Informed us about two items installed by the builder that was not correct. Nathan diagnosed and repaired both items. We’re set for another 10 years!
Devin was so polite, knowledgeable, professional, on time for the appointment, smiled, eye contact, and very kind and great sense of humor. Devin went above and beyond. I am very pleased. Thank you.

First, let me say that I have used D & ?S Air for several years. More than 10 and have been satisfied. However, this visit was a disappointment.
The attendant arrived on time. Several years ago, Your company
replaced the Motherboard on my system. The unit is a Trane (top of the line) and was installed in 1998. It has always performed well. And was performing up thru this past winter.
I may have used the heat once or twice and worked fine. I had not turned on the air as I wanted your company to review my system first. Below is the account of your attendant's visit.
The 2 1/2 ton system has been identified to have no refrigerant due to a leak in the evaporator coil. Additionally, it requires three run capacitors and a hard start kit. The compressor has been operating without refrigerant for an unspecified duration. A quote for a new unit has been requested and will be provided as soon as possible.
Payment is due at the time of service. Delinquent accounts will be assessed interest at a rate of 18% per annum. Should it become necessary to place a delinquent account with a collection agency, a collection fee of 35% of the principal balance due will be added to defray the cost of collection. Additionally, if legal action is necessary to collect the delinquent account, customer assumes responsibility for all costs of collection to include but not limited to court costs, interest and attorney fees. In any of these events, a credit report may be pulled.
Needless to say, your attendant originally was going to replace the capacitor did so but after reviewing came down and told me my system was shot. He returned to the roof to remove the new Capacitor. He then told me the company would be offering me several quotes on a Bryant system. The fee for his service was $125, not sure what he did for that
I appreciated the quick response on the estimate, help with financing but was not sure how quickly I would get the system installed. The cost would be over $11,000. I spoke to some friends, one who is an owner of a business that handles air conditioning, residential and commercial and also does servicing on Restaurant maintenance. He asked if he could take a look and I said yes.
My friend's report to me was that my furnace area seemed intact and functioning. The unit on the roof required a capacitor which I knew. However, his assessment on my unit disturbed him.
He mentioned that all the valves had been turned which would have released all the refrigerant. He'd found that to be odd,
and unusual. He believed he could fix it and due to the high temperatures was willing to do the repair. He started the repair on the 20th and it was operational. He returned on the 24th to finish adding remaining refrigerant. In addition he replaced 2 capacitors., a Relay start and the refrigerant. I am pleased.
Disappointed with D & S.
