  I cannot say enough good things about the team at D and D Flooring. They are incredibly knowledgeable about what flooring might best suit our needs which made selecting flooring a much easier process. When it came time for install, they were incredibly flexible with timing that was convenient for us. Perhaps most astonishingly, they finished the work three full days ahead of schedule and the finished product is stunning. The way they installed the flooring looks absolutely gorgeous and their attention to detail was pristine. This is a team of experts that were worth every penny. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Tom and his crew did a pretty good job with our LVP but there was a certain lack of professionalism at times. Members of his crew left cigarette butts around our house, numerous waste pules of leveler were left in our front yard, our freezer was left unplugged when their work day was over (while we were not living in the house at the time), every wall in the house had marks that needed to be cleaned or touched-up, and Tom nearly walked off the job after I asked him to revisit a room that was out of warranty spec, even becoming argumentative about their performance. We understand that our house posed more of a challenge than expected, as the foundation was “total garbage” per his opinion, but there were glaring issues of lack of ownership and poor attention to detail that cannot be overlooked. Even if you’re paying over 20k for a job, expect to have to clean up after his crew and check that their completed work is within warranty spec.

  My wife & I had 3 rooms of carpeting installed by D & D Flooring today. Their team Andy, Matt & Pat were very professional & friendly. They arrived at the promised time & did a great job installing our carpets! They moved our heavy furniture cautiously & were super helpful when it came time to put the furniture back in place. Definitely a 5 star job for us! And of the 4 bids we received D & D had the best pricing! From where we live in the Tucson Foothills the D&D store wasn’t real convenient but the overall experience was well worth the extra few minute drive!

  Tom and his crew did an AMAZING job in our condo, replacing a (yucky) carpet with beautiful LVP. It doesn’t even look like the same place! The craftsmanship is top, they took care of every detail to make sure the result is impeccable. Perfect, really. We highly recommend D&D Flooring!

  We recently finished a kitchen remodel and needed new LVP flooring throughout much of the house. We originally got a quote from a big box store that fit our budget, but decided to check out local companies before making a final decision. That decision led us to DND Flooring — and thankfully, it also led us to Tom and his crew. From the very first meeting, Tom was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He even met with us on a Saturday so we could look through flooring options without taking time off work. That alone impressed us. Once installation started, it took about an hour to realize we had absolutely made the right choice. The crew was friendly, hardworking, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. These weren’t guys just slapping floors down and racing to the next job. Their workmanship made it feel like they were working on their own home. The attention to detail was outstanding — clean cuts around vents and trim, beautiful molding work, and when the new transition at the front door made the door slightly too long to close correctly, they didn’t “make it work.” They removed the door, trimmed it perfectly, and reinstalled it like pros. No hesitation. Problem solved. By the end of the project, the transformation was unbelievable. I literally caught myself sitting in the living room staring at the floor like a dad who just finished mowing the lawn. The entire house looks brighter, cleaner, and more modern. In a world where “good customer service” often means somebody simply calls you back, Tom and his crew absolutely overdelivered. We’re incredibly happy we chose DND Flooring and would recommend them without hesitation.
