  Carlos was extremely professional and helpful with the repair needed. We had been contemplating replacing our air conditioning system and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in doing so. Our Air conditioner is working for the time being and will be replaced within the week. It would have been tomorrow if we didn’t have a graduation to attend. Thank you Carlos and cool Willy’s for the assistance

  Who would believe having plumbing checked could be a pleasant experience, but that was having a rep from Cool Willys look at our systems. DJ was very thorough and left us with all the info we need now and for the future. I wish I would have known about this company a long time ago because they are great to deal with. Highly recommend for their knowledge, expertise, and ease of communication.

  Thank you Beau! and thank you to staff who quickly and professionally addressed our needs. We had a bad experience with a “ no show” service and were frustrated and HOT! We called on Cool Willy based on previous reviews. Beau arrived as promised and quickly determined issue, and actually checked entire system. He was both skilled and personable. We feel lucky to have found Cool Willy!

  Noah was awesome! He came to our house and Inspected our AC because it wasn’t working. He was honest with my mom about the condition of our AC unit. My mom had all her concerns and questions answered. She ended up purchasing a new Ac system. We had a great experience and are excited to get our new ac unit tomorrow! Thanks Again Noah!

  My experience started with Julian coming to my house for an estimate. We agreed on a price. That same day two workers showed up and started the job. 4 or 5 hours go by and I have a big hole in my front yard ( trying to find a sewer line) they could not find it. I was told by the worker they would come back the next day, but there would be a big price difference than what I agreed. I complained to there management. The next day Julian showed up with his scope to find the drain line. He found it at a depth of 5.5 ft. A couple of hours later there employee showed up and started digging. The worked dug to a depth of 5 ft or just a little more. The worker thought he had dug much deeper but he measured and was at 5ft or so. He called his office at that time to explain how the job was going. At that time his boss told him to stop digging even though he exposed the drain line. I received a call from Julian a few minutes later saying he can't digging any further and now instead of wanting over 1700.00 dollars to fix it they now want close to ten thousand to fix it. The reason for stopping work they tell me is because it's past 5ft. I told Julian he knew it was past 5ft and still had a guy dig. I called JULIAN'S SUPERVISOR and argued that they knew he could not due the job and was trying to get way more money out of me. After arguing my point with the supervisor he returned the money they charged me. It sad because I thought I was dealing with a good company. There's no integrity with companies anymore. If they would have said they messed up and finished the job for the original price i would have been a life time customer, I would have sant their praises for everyone to see. But now I'm left with a big hole in my front yard and the job not done. All I wanted was a job done and done well. Be careful of who you hire.
