Had a driver in a silver Dodge truck cir me off on the freeway today and didn't even use a turn signal. If that's how they treat potential customers, that's all I need to know about that business.

Another store who makes you call for prices... you telling me they don't have their per sqft listed somewhere? Why not save us ALL some time and put it on your website.

I didn't buy anything at this store but I had just gotten gas at Costco when I went to turn on my car all I heard was, "click!" Uh oh. Dead battery, no big deal right? Wrong, the hood release mechanism wasn't working, at all. I tried for over a half an hour to try to somehow actuate it from outside the vehicle but nothing worked at all. I walked to the closest business to ask if I could stay inside from the heat as it was over 107 degrees today! I walked into Complete Flooring and was met by two lovely ladies at the front desk who were more than welcoming for me to stay there until my help (My Dad) came. They had cold drinks, soda, and Gatorade for absolutely free too! I sat down towards the rear right of the store where I believe the owner was nearby, he asked me if I have been helped and I told him my situation, he immediately was empathetic and offered to jump my car for me! I told him thank you for the offer however I can't even get underneath the hood! He told me to grab as many sodas as I'd like and even gave me a little drink holder to keep my drink cold! Such a nice man and women at the front! When he handed me the drink holder (I think it's called a coosie?) he told me feel free to advertise us. I told him absolutely and I'm writing a review for you guys!

Complete Flooring was very professional and accommodating. After the initial quote there was a follow-up but no pressure. I needed a bit more time. The rescheduling during a visit back to the property from out of state was easy and they even gave cost saving suggestions from the original quote. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

The store was easy to work with in trying to decide what carpet to choose in terms of samples, etc. They were very flexible in working with us on an install date and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful.
