We were hesitant to try Cabinets to Go, but after feeling misled by Home Depot and how non-transparent their cabinet design folks were, we gave it a try. They never gave a straight answer about their particle board cabinets they were pushing so hard to sell. We have to ask about 10 questions in order to get a non-answer. At Cabinets to Go, Bernadette was great and definitely knew their products along with the features and different cabinet grades. We selected our cabinets and quartz top and she designed the setup on the spot. Not only were the cabinets delivered earlier than we had hoped for, but they sent the cabinet installer and countertop installer on separated trips to make sure the measurements were correct. Very professional install on both items with a precision fit and attention to detail. We not only saved over $5,000 dollars compared to the other cost estimates, but their all plywood construction, fit and trim was even better than the showroom. Very pleased

In 2023 my husband & I purchased a new home in Tucson Arizona area. We completely remodeled and used Cabinets to Go for our entire home cabinetry; 3 Baths, Wet Bar, Closet, Laundry Room and Full Kitchen. My experience with the CTG Planning Designer, Lisa was Wonderful. As a Residential Interior Designer myself, I knew exactly what I wanted and she did not miss a detail. Our Order for Cabinets was confirmed March 2023 and had to be Paid In Full Upfront, which was our first mistake, NEVER Pay them in Full until Job is Complete to your satisfaction. I have had my Interior Design business for 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such an Unprofessional Company all the way up to the Corporate level! They assigned us an "Installer" who obviously had No professional Carpentry experience or Certification, all my photos can speak for themselves. After 8 Months of daily calls and Trails of emails with Photos that we sent to the main office, and eventually to Corporate asking for them to send a Professional Experienced Carpenter to FINISH & MAKE THE REPAIRS needed on our home. They sent back to original installer with we did not want him to step foot back in our home. We finally had to hire our own Contractor to Repair the Worst Carpentry work I have ever seen! If you are even Considering using CTG, DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLERS! It was the WORST Experience I have ever had and will continue to let Everyone I know and my future Design Clients to NEVER use this company. Their Customer Service is Absolutely Non-Existent. Once they have your Money that Don't care about making their Customers Happy with their Experience. We tried for the last several Months to Speak with CTG's CEO and Not One Corporate person would let us have their Contact Information. The One Star I gave was for the Cabinet Designer, Lisa.
