  We hired this company to paint our rental property, and while the initial paint work looked good overall, the final attention to detail and follow-up were disappointing. After the job was completed, I identified several issues, including paint splatter on the stucco, scratches and missed areas on the patio beams, uneven touch-ups around the security door, and other cosmetic defects. I sent photos and requested that these items be corrected. I was told the corrections had been completed, but when I visited the property to inspect the work, many of the same issues were still present and had not been properly addressed. What was most frustrating was being told the work was finished when it clearly was not. I appreciate the effort that went into the project, but the quality control and follow-through did not meet my expectations. If you use this company, I recommend doing a very thorough final walkthrough before making your final payment. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and incomplete corrections left me disappointed with the overall experience.

  If you want excellent service with fantastic results, call Arizona Painting. I’m a customer of them. I needed a guest bedroom painted on a house we just bought. The previous owner had a room painted in black and I wanted the room to match the other rooms. From the initial call, meeting with the estimator, scheduling a date, and finally working with the crew was extremely pleasant. The painters, Johnny and Jonathan from the Tucson office, were fantastic. They explained everything that would be involved and were so nice to work with. When the job was completed on time it was an amazing transformation. The room was light and airy. They completely cleaned up afterwards. I’m so pleased I made the right decision to call Arizona Painting Company.

  From the moment Zach came to my house, walked around and gave me a reasonable estimate, I knew I was in good hands. He answered all of my questions, guided me to color selections and responded quickly to all text messages. The two painters were LeRon and Gus! They were wonderful and did an amazing job prepping the exterior of my house. They worked hard, gave me some on the spot color coordination suggestions and did a great job! Everything was put back together when they were done and they actually cleaned up afterwards! Very much appreciated. Gus was a master with the brush and LeRoy with the sprayer! Thank you!!!

  In short, Arizona Painting Company provides exceptional workmanship at competitive rates with great customer service. After getting five estimates for the exterior painting of our home, and eliminating the unusually high and low bids, the three remaining estimates were within $200 of each other. I chose Arizona Painting Company not only for their excellent reviews, but because their estimator Santana explained their impressive quality control process in detail and was able to answer all my questions to my complete satisfaction. True to his word, the lead-man painter Alfredo and his assistant Jorge did an outstanding job, from the prep work to masking to painting to detailed touch-ups. During the entire process, from both Desiray in the front office and Alfredo on the job site, communication was excellent, keeping us informed of the process every step of the way. Highly recommended!

  Scheduling with these people was awful. Twice they no showed due to their mistakes. Two days I took off work unnecessarily because they screwed up. They asked me for the paints 5 times and then when the painter arrived they still didn't tell him the paints. Plus it took an extra week of us living with all the houses furniture piled in our bedroom. Really disappointing. No discount or anything from the office. No attempt to make it right. If they didn't already have half the payment I would have told them to forget it and would have gone with another company. However, the actual painters were awesome. Kind, polite, went the extra mile. They did a good job. Chris Barboa and Alejandro Salazar got it done ahead of schedule with quality work. They were honest about getting paint on the shades and gave me a set of 4 replacement blinds from a previous job to fix the situation. They are really picking up the slack for the lack of professionalism from the people at the office. Schedulers 1 star Painters 5 stars
