  The material, customer service, the fast turnaround, all exceptional! Paul has literally been a God send, looking at the prints and knowing exactly what you need. He is patient, knowledgeable, and one of the hardest workers in this lumber industry. I was having a hard time finding Joits when I called all around Arizona. Paul responded to my email within a few hours and I haven't stopped purchasing lumber there because of his great service!
