  We recently had Jon Bence (Broken Arrow Oklahoma) come out to tune up our two garage doors, and I can honestly say he went over and above. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. What really stood out was his attitude and character. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and taking care of people. It’s rare these days to find someone with both great customer service and integrity. Our garage doors are running smoother and quieter than they ever have. I highly recommend Jon and this company to anyone needing garage door service.

  Johan is a fantastic technician who initiated the inspection after walking me through that process. During the inspection process he made me aware of issues regarding the installation of the opener originally installed in 2021 by the builder and some concerns. He thoroughly explained his recommendations, which I agreed to. After all of the work was completed, he explained all of the work that was done and insured the work site was thoroughly cleaned. Super job and happy with the outcome.

  Joey came to my home at the very beginning of the time frame given which meant two things: the company is on top of how best to run a business, and second, chances were increased I’d have more of my afternoon to do things other than wait for work on my garage to end. This was greatly appreciated! As a technician, Joey was excellent. His ability to connect with the customer was obvious; his communication skills were outstanding; his knowledge of seemingly every aspect of the task at hand was quite apparent, and his ability to execute the agreed upon plan was without doubt or delay. Though the job was more involved than I had anticipated, I felt fully confident his recommendations were warranted. As a result, I now have a worry free garage door and a commitment from A1 backing it up. Great service, great attitude, and superior workmanship—what more could one ask for! Thanks Joey!

  Work ethic is an incredibly important thing to recognize, and Joey has this in spades. Really appreciate him going the extra mile and being very frank about the condition of my garage door. I look forward to working with him again when we do the full replacement in the near future

  A1-Jack, Gabriel, and Francesco are fabulous!!! I bought a new house and the inspector kept telling me it was the molding around the garage door that needed to be replaced. A1 came and showed me how it was bowing in and how poor my actual door was. A garage door is an investment. It wasn’t cheap but now have a closed garage door; no more critters and wind blowing in! A1 gave me 2+ years of camera service, and a new garage opener and a great new door! The team is wonderful. You know who is coming and when. Great communication and the team is very helpful! I am so grateful and happy that I finally have a decent garage door that has lifetime warranty on its parts. It’s worth the money; every penny, when it’s basically your front door in a HOA. Thanks A1 for the wonderful work. I also appreciate A1 for how much they care about their staff making their dreams come true. It’s nice to know there are still decent companies and people out there!!
