  Came out and couldn’t fix the issue. Still charged me the trip charge. Said I needed a new toilet. I ordered one from Home Depot with all the parts and it was $140.00 total. He wanted to charge me $625 to install it. I plunged the toilet and poured water in the toilet and it is working fine now. I should get a refund for the 114.00 I spent just to have him come out and not fix the problem. Needless to say, I had to make a trip to Home Depot to return the stuff I bought!! Just some added info, I just spent about $15K on a new air conditioner. You would think they would give me some kind of a discount or something!!!! Kinda disappointed with the company at this point!!

  They always do an excellent job for me. I had a bit of a plumbing problem and they showed up when they said and took care of it and did a really spectacular job

  Abel & Miguel were excellent. First of all on-time, and ready to get the job done. Afterwards, they highlighted the before and after pictures, clearly explaining what they had done. In the end, went over the benefits of the insulation, warranty information and availability if we had any questions. Professional, courteous and hard working!

  I had a fully functional AC unit that was installed by Wolfgangs one year ago and worked it great PRYOR to scheduling a "Complementary Tune Up". First technician found nothing wrong except that it added refrigerant to top it off. All downhill from there and the unit never worked again. One technician blamed on a clogged txv valve and the other sited that it needed a new compressor. Each technician completed their failure analysis and both came up with different results. I have a wife with severe breathing issues, and she wanted to be discharged from the hospital on Wednesday to be at home where it would be more comfortable. Big mistake, I signed up for your Semi-Annual Tune up with a fully functional AC unit. Since Thursday, after two technicians, we have been without AC with extreme temperatures after their failed tune up. No estimate given as to when it will be operational again.

  As you will not, this is the first Google review I have posted. We were a total Wolfgangs Customer for many years. Their technicians are excellent. They are no longer a family owned business and it shows. They caused our compressor to fail recently during a monsoon power surge by failing to put surge protectors on our top of the line Trane units and not retrofitting same. It is totally standard industry practice now, I am told. I was clear we were not going to hold them accountable (although I think they were likely at fault) as long as we got the unused portion of our prepaid annual maintenance agreement back. The General Sales Manager responded very unprofessionally. I am posting only in the hopes others can avoid a similar fate
