Wolfgang Heating, Plumbing & A/C sets the gold standard for home services. They are prompt, highly professional, and exceptionally thorough from start to finish. The technician arrived right on schedule, took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, and provided an upfront quote with zero pressure or hidden fees. The work was completed efficiently, and the team left the workspace spotless. Finding a company that excels across HVAC and plumbing with this level of honesty and craftsmanship is rare. If you want the job done right the first time, look no further—Wolfgang has earned a customer for life!

I was a loyal Wolfgang customer, but unfortunately not anymore. I had a hair clog in my upstairs bathroom sink. Jonathan came out and took care of it. He was professional and efficient. He was not the problem. And he's why I'm rating them 2 stars instead of 1. The problem was what I was charged for this service call. I took advantage of a promotion they were running in order to save money, but it still cost me an arm and a leg for what was a simple fix. I've emailed them 3 times and never received a response. I also filled out the survey they sent and included my contact info, but no one has called. Extremely poor customer service. I will be looking elsewhere for my plumbing, cooling, AND heating needs.

Overall very good and efficient experience. I called with a leak in the bathroom, and Carlos was able to repair that. He also realized my water heater was close to going out and help me choose the best option to replace it. Very knowledgeable and made sure I had a good understanding of everything. Definitely recommend.

Abel and Chase...GREAT customer service! Explained everything that would happen, polite, conversational and patient. I had to keep moving my dogs around so they could do their job and they were so understanding. They made an awkward situation comfortable, it was a long process but they made it easy for me. They made sure my place was clean before they left, shared their knowledge along with a few laughs. I truly appreciate great customer service, these young men were wonderful. Thank you for bringing back being a gentleman, being polite and taken care of business.
