  Larry Booher was quite attentive, knowledgeable and able to work around my busy schedule of being on the phone and pulled in several directions. He helped me understand what I was looking at and what needed to be done to correct the situation. Thankful for his kindness and support.

  This company did a terrible job at my house, first off the young man that came out was very rude and disrespectful towards my 84 year old mother, the storm had knocked lose my condensate line, and that's all I needed to be repaired, h3 quoted us $650 to put a new line, 9r he could use the 15 years old PVC for the line and it would work, he ran the same line, àñd put it kitty corner across the whole roof instead of running the line straight down the roof, so he did NOT return the lin3 back to its original place, when I called the office to ask th3m to send a experienced installer out, he got very rude and argumentive, h3 blamed where he put the line on my 84 year old mother, because she pointed the barrels out in the backyard, he made the mistake of running th3m lin3 to the wrong barrel, so now it doesn't drain properly and it's an eyesore to look at, I asked them to correct their mistakes and the same guy Jason, said I would have to pay $650 to come back out, I just can't believe they don't stand by their employees and the work they do, I highly recommend that you don't used this company, as th3y do shotty w9rk, don't stand by their performance, and the man waß beyond rude, I will be writing to the BBB, and attorney general and reporting this, see pics, the first 2 pics is where he ran the line, I also have showed pics of where the original line was before , and it shows the condensate line coming straight down the roof to the below barrel, Do not use this company , they do a terrible job. Now I have to have this job reworked with a reputable company that stands by their work. I care about my property and this is just unacceptable. I received a call from Andrew, and he proposed giving them a second chance to re-work the condensate line, and move it, Andrew actually came out to my house 🏠 and did the job, he was courteous, and took good care of us, Andrew redeemed the situation. I am very satisfied with the outcome, Thank you Andrew

  Luis and his team were very courteous and efficient. Very happy with the whole install process. Install was for 2 - AC/furnaces, it took about 6 hours for the install. Initial impression of the new units is they are definitely quieter and cool the house relatively quick.

  I only spoke with Amanda regarding my Air conditioning issues. She was so polite and asked me if I was the home owner, to my unfortune the answer was tears and a no.. 😢 😭 Due to me not being the home owner or company, which is absolutely logical. "THIS IS THE BEYOND PART". To which I said I was grateful and the call should or could have ended with that. Yet, she took her time to hear me say what I was originally calling about. I was a person in need of help and she went above and beyond... See by herself helping someone with something at the moment only she was the customer service for an entire company who suggested to try doing something that was so simple yet very much efficient and I was very much grateful thank you Amanda who took the time to care.

  If you want to buy a $15,000 AC unit and have them install the unit but not add refrigerant to the unit and have serious problems a year later, and have them come out six times before finding the problem, hire Tucker Air. If you love taking time off work to not have your AC unit fixed, this is the company for you. If you like having really nice technicians come out to your house, and not fix your problem, hire Tucker Air. Tucker air does not care that they installed a new AC unit without adding refrigerant and we ran that unit without enough refrigerant for over a year. For who knows how long, the unit has been overheating and short cycling over and over again, putting undo wear and tear on the unit and likely causing the compressor oil to become acidic. This was probably happening last summer too, but for sure was happening all June and July of this year. Not to mention the increase electric bills because the unit is not running efficiently. Tucker air will do nothing to remedy that problem. They have yet to apologize for the mistake their installers made or take responsibility for the many additional appointments we had where the cause was not discovered. They don't care that they messed up. They do care about their reviews. June 2025 Tucker Air installed a new AC unit. The unit was making a horrible sound within a few weeks. They told us we needed to buy a surge protector, so we bought that. July 2026 One year later the until keeps shutting off, over and over again (short cycling and overheating). 7/18 We were told our brand new Google Nest Thermostat was the problem, so they put in a basic Honeywell thermostat for free. We were also told the refrigerant levels were weird. But that didn't have anything to do with the problem. The Technician didn't have the right thermostat, so they had to come back on Monday. 7/20 Installed new thermostat. 7/24 Unit is still shutting itself off, the problem is not the thermostat. Every afternoon the house is over 82 degrees. Call office, they schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. 7/25 I put in a negative review on Google. I get an immediate call back, promise they will have someone come out on Monday. 7/27 Two guys come out they witness the unit short cycling. Tell us it might be the refrigerant but they didn't have AC Pro refrigerant for our until. (Yes, the unit they installed one year ago). Super nice guys, but they are not given the tools to do their job. Tell us someone will come by the next day. 7/28 Guy is over scheduled, can't come, will come following day. After my husband took the afternoon off again. 7/29 Super nice guy comes, checks everything out. Discovers that when they installed the new unit they forgot to fill up the refrigerant. He fills the refrigerant. He also tells us they could install a smart thermostat for all of our troubles. 7/30 or 31 My husband calls and asks about the smart thermostat. They tell us they will give it to us for free only if we take down our negative review. 8/3 Send another really nice technician out to install the smart thermostat and he discovers the smart thermostat is not compatible with our unit (you cannot make this stuff up). They want to put in an upgraded thermostat but not a smart one, but still want me to take off my review even though they aren't doing what they said they would do. Once I told them I was not taking down the review they refused to give us the upgraded thermostat.
