Greg provided my initial estimate and was fantastic to work with. He explained the different options, walked me through the pros and cons of each, and never pressured me to make a decision, even though it took me well over a week. I had also received an estimate from a much larger company in the Valley that was considerably more expensive and felt very sales driven, with attempts to upsell at every turn. State 48’s pricing was much more reasonable, even for a comparable door, and the entire experience felt far more genuine. Zach handled the initial installation and was a 10/10. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job correctly. During the installation, he recognized an issue that had been overlooked earlier in the process and required some additional work. Rather than forcing things or rushing to finish the job that day, he was completely transparent about what had been missed and what needed to be done to make it right. I really appreciated that level of honesty and attention to detail. State 48 scheduled me for the very next day, when Tyson came out to complete the installation. He was every bit as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough as Zach. Everyone I dealt with was down to earth, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy and all of my questions were addressed. Fair pricing, great communication, excellent workmanship, and a team that clearly cares about doing things the right way. I couldn’t be happier with my new garage door or my decision to go with State 48. Highly recommend!
