- JBJonathan BreakstoneSep 2, 20265.0Our technician, David R., was professional thorough and showed great experience. He talked us through the troubleshooting to ensure our unit was properly serviced. Scott, Paul and the entire team at SMW run a first class operation with great attention to customer service and experience.
- DJDipen JoshiAug 31, 20264.0I knew only the capacitor was not working and called them thinking of genuine company, the technician started with $600 and finally agreed on $300 which is slight above their documented price. Two weeks later the AC system will not cool again and I called scott and he got the Brian (one of the best technican) and he checked all and ensure that everything is working as expected, it turned out to be the thermostat which on restart starting working as expected. I appreciate scott's timely help and brian is a great guy. I will work again with this company...
