  Good communicators, kind, efficient, and took care of the issue in a way well beyond the level of service I have seen from other HVAC companies. Avoid the big name HVAC companies that do sleazy sales tactics and service plans like some used car dealership. Work with SMW instead and you will see pretty quickly that they run their business different than other companies. Very happy with our experience with them and are going to be using them for all future needs and recommending them to friends and family. No complaints and their reviews seem to reflect that this is a common experience for customers!

  I had an AC problem recently that turned out to be a failing capacitor. The techs had the part on their truck and also suggested I add a hard start apparatus so my startups wouldn’t be so hard on the compressor. I lacked a maintenance routine, so I was offered a 5-yr maintenance agreement (transferable), which includes spring and fall servicing w/exterior coil cleanings. As a bonus for getting my maintenance set up, one of my parts today was complementary, as was my diagnostic fee and trip fee. They brought the failing capacitor down from the roof & demonstrated why it was failing with their multimeter so I would be confident of a correct diagnosis. I happened to have a clean filter so one of the techs offered to change that for me. Nate & Nick were polite, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to Interact with - I highly recommend SMW to anyone needing HVAC service.

  I have used SMW for the past 6 years for maintenance on my unit and have never been so impressed as with my scheduled appoitment last week with Nate & Nick. They truly have great customer service skills, thorough knowledge of what and how to service my unit and provide excellent suggestions to keep my unit working well. What a great team!!!

  Nate and Nick were fantastic! They arrived on time, quickly fixed the issue, and had my air conditioner running in under an hour. Professional, friendly, and efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Thank you very much

  I have had multiple experiences with SMW, & have been extremely pleased with their service. I had first contacted them at night in the peak of summer when my AC went out, as recommended to me by the person I purchased my house from. The account was in the previous owner's name. SMW very generously offered to transfer the account to my name with the permission of the previous owner. The tech guided me over the phone, so I could temporarily fix the problem to get through the night, without being charged an additional fee for him to come out outside of working hours. I was not charged a penny for the work that was done the next day. Following that, my AC was serviced regularly with no additional charge. When the contract expired, I agreed to renew the contract, as I found it was very reasonable for the great service provided. The office staff & techs are very friendly & honest. Very few companies these days have a personal touch & truly care. SMW is surely one of those few. I highly recommend them.
