  Hector came out today, on time and did my semi annual service on my two 5 ton units. He gave me full confidence it was done correctly and thoroughly. He’s my favorite tech at Scottsdale so far and I will request him every time!

  Install teams and service techs are A+, Tyler and his crew exceeded all expectations. Following installation, however, nothing has been impressive. When our first Trane was installed it didn't get air to a room just 8 ft from the unit. So, when the second Trane was installed we asked why this was the case. Long story short, the salesman said it would be taken care of... well when the second unit was being installed they said they would need to cut a larger opening in the ceiling for intake, as this was required or the 4 ton unit. It has now been weeks and neither the venting to the first unit nor the larger opening for the second unit has been dealt with. ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS they have scheduled several hour windows for service technicians to come out and NOBODY has come and they NEVER EVEN CALLED TO CANCEL. This is unacceptable. No respect for customers' time or logistical needs. The third time a Jerry came out and couldn't make ay progress with either of the issues given the load out of his truck of the day. Frustrating, but life happens. Jerry is awesome and busts his ass! Mindblowingly, the first unit came with a goggle nest controller, the second unit was installed with a Honeywell controller - how much sense does this make? this is just ignorance and incompetence. Finally, the salesman originally said the reventing work for the first unit would be included in the quote for the second units install. Now, of course, I am being told it will be an additional ~$1900. The ol' bait and switch game - unprofessional to the max! ALL THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT IS CLOSING, MAKING THE SALE. Once you sign on the dotted line it is a rapid and offensive atrophy. The workers at this company work hard and impress significantly. Management and sales staff, however, leave a lot to be desired. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Unfortunately, Scottsdale Air is nothing but an unreliable headache. Please notice how managers refrain from following up on this review. They know they are incompetence and shame.
