He explained to me all of my options as well as the estimated completion timeframe of the job once the necessary parts are ordered and delivered at which time the technician will be able to return to my house and fix my HVAC problem as soon as possible.

Amazing customer service from call center to Tom that showed up at our house. Super knowledgeable, respectful, fast, dialed in. This is the best AC company by far in the valley. We also have 10 airbnbs that they service and we are very happy with them every time. Thanks Tom!!!

Noise gone. Great company and a real focus on customer support Bought my unit 2 years ago and the difference in my electric bill is unreal - the unit I purchased was the best decision I made.

We changed to Scottsdale air based on a neighbor who highly recommended them to us. I have never seen such a thorough servicing of our units. I highly recommend this company and especially Cole.
