  I have used Schiller for the last seven years. The do maintenance for me for a very reasonable price and not too hard to schedule. - They actually limit their customers so that they don’t make anybody wait too long!!! I have had two Air-Conditioning breakdowns in the summer in Phoenix when it’s smoking hot. They always send somebody out extremely promptly even once on a Friday after work. They’re friendly and honest. I highly recommend them to all of my friends in this area.

  The Most Honest Company You're Going To Find!!!! After being absolutely lied to by P&S, quoted $1100 & told the part isn't available anywhere, may take a week, I should buy a new unit. Left me without AC, despite there being a way to bypass it overnight, he lied. Even called the next day saying he hates for me to wait for a new part, I should buy a new unit- He doesn't think I'm going to get the part for 5 days it's not to be found anywhere. Lies. As soon as I called him for the part number he called back and said they'd mysteriously found the part!!! I called Schiller's, spoke with the Owner who informed me, "of course the part is available!!! We can have it in 2 hours." So thankful he sent his brilliant son!!! Brandon looked at the unit, agreed it wasn't working correctly. Went to buy the part. (Whch would be $400 cheaper). I was so hot & miserable, pretty mad at P&S liars, & grateful it would be cool sometime today. Then!!! 🙏🙏🙏 Before he went to pick up the part he bypassed the defect so my AC could start cooling the house on his trip to N Phoenix. He didn't have to do that, it took extra time.🥰 O Well, on his drive back, this genious man figured out a fix for the OEM board. It worked!!! An hour drive to pick up part, >2 hours here, the Owner's son charged less than $200. HONESTLY. Brandon you've restored my faith in humanity. You absolutely should be proud of yourself & sleep well at night knowing that you do your absolute best to keep people up and running. Schiller's has my utmost recommendation!! And they will definitely be installing my new unit when needed.😉 Thank you so very much, Lifetime Customer & Spreading the Word ❤️❤️❤️

  Highly recommend Schiller Heating & Cooling, Tony, ac tech, had to put 2 lbs of freon in my ac unit after I was told by co I purchased it from 9 yrs ago said nothing wrong with it. Tony knew to put freon in, a leak possibly in TXV and or coil. Tony was very knowledgeable, caring, and professional....not a salesman.

  Schiller replaced our hvac system in 2022 and it has been working great. Then in the evening of July 2026 the condenser decided to take a small vacation with the temps in the mid one-teens. I called Schiller and they dispatched Tony. He changed the run capacitor and got it running again the same evening. I have recommended their services to my own customers (I'm in the home repair business) from my first experience and will continue to do so.

  I have used Schiller for almost 30 years and continue to have great service. Tony was here today and got the ac working very quickly. Amazing customer service!
