From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while waiting for the parts needed to fully repair the units. He was professional, responsive, patient, and truly did everything he could to help us stay comfortable in the meantime. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Reliable and hardworking people like Allain are hard to find, and we really appreciate all of his effort and dedication throughout this process. Highly recommend!

- RRRCApr 30, 20265.0Josh from Rescue One Air performed a thorough system check and cleaning. I have multiple units so this is a rather cumbersome task - which he completed efficiently. I now have a full rundown on my systems status, any things I need to keep an eye on, and the assurance that if I have any issues whatsoever they are a quick call away. These guys are really good. Thank you Josh!
- STSusan TaskerApr 22, 20265.0I wasn't too happy with the call and the appointment.. however when Stefan Durfee arrived he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.. he did a great job.. and he should get a five-star from the company.. he's the reason why I'm not going to write a bad review regarding customer service.. again I give him five stars he was very pleasant very knowledgeable and I will definitely do business with the company again as long as he can be my rep.. I hope you recognize him for the value that he brings to your company because customer service didn't do very much.. you know people work for living too.. and when you're asked to be around for 4 hours and then they call you and tell you that they're not coming out that day then reschedule for two days later and then after the time that they're supposed to come and they text you that your appointment is the following day.. I decided it was very unprofessional and unorganized.. but again Stephen saved the company's reputation.. and didn't excellent Superior job
