Booked rescue one to check out a/c in our new home. Gabe came out and did a great job!! Unfortunately we need to replace ours. Gabe was very knowledgeable and gave us the info we needed. We feel confident in him and his company. Once we are ready to pull the plug this is who we will call. Gabe offered to have a mgr come to explain our options. He was so thorough that we dont need any more explanation. Very highly recommend. I am not a bot!!

I am going to start out by saying I am very disappointed with this company. They purchase the company from another company I had for years which I will not name. They were an outstanding company. When Rescue One purchase them they actually had staff from the old company. Everything was good with this new company. Somehow things have changed. When the new company took over they sold us a maintenance contact. We somehow got the impression it was also a warranty. They were supposed to come out twice a year for checkups at no cost. They made it to most of them, but not all. I let it side and kept using them. Just last week my wife heard a funny noise from the air conditioner. We called Rescue One and they came out fairly quickly. When the tech arrived He did everything he should. Introduce himself and all you would except. He went up on the roof to check things out and was up there for a while. When he came down he gave me some bad news. He said there was a leak in the air con that need to be fixed. Showed me picture and all that. Then hold me it would be 3700.00 dollars. I ask him about the maintenance/warranty agreement. He said oh no this is not under any warranty and what we had purchased was just a maintenance contract. Which was over 1000.00+. To say the least I was quite upset. I then call the company to speak with the manager. He told me that it was not a warranty agreement, but just a maintenance agreement. He did try to appease me and drop the price to 2700.00. I say I want to get another opinion. He said we wouldn't find a better price. A long story short. We called another independent run company that my brother suggested. We told him what Rescue One had said verbatim from the flied report. Well he came out the next day. He did all the appropriate niceties and went up on the roof to check things out. He was up there awhile and when he was done he ask if we had changed our air filter. I was honest and said it was quite a while. He plainly stated that was our problem. There was NO leak no other problem and overall our 6 year old air conditioner was in great shape. He changed our very, very dirty filter. Then went back up on the roof. Came down and said all is great. He saved us 2700.00. The charge for the visit was 79.00. We asked if he had a maintenance agreement. He say yes, but he did not bring it up I did. It was 200.00 per years. When we purchased it he didn't charge the 79.00 visit fee. Lastly I canceled by appointment with Rescue One and ask for a refund on my maintenance agreement. They said fine, but would have to reduce the cost of any thing they had done. So you can see why I am disappointed with Rescue One. I will no longer use them and I suggest if you use them get a second opinion. If you are looking for an air conditioning company be alerted.

This afternoon one of your employees was at the stop sign, on his phone with 3 cars behind him. White truck behind him honked and he did not move. I happen to be walking to mailbox so I went over to let him know that there was cars behind him. He had the nerve to tell me they can go around. He saw that I was not going to do that so he finally moved. He was driving van 65. This was in Waddell at 1:20am. You should have a talk with him, maybe even a write up.

Had a technician come today to check on our AC as we had an issue. After he left our AC was running non-stop for over 6 hours. I called the company to have a technician come back to re-check it as we didn't want it to run non-stop all night long. I was told that they would not be able to get someone to come until the next day. Here's the issue - we've had a contract with them for over three years. We have emergency service as part of that contract, which includes after hours and weekends. I was told that they didn't have any technician's available and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I don't understand how they can have no technicians available when temperatures have been so high. To add insult to injury, after I hung up with them I received a text that an appointment was scheduled for tomorrow between 4:00-7:00pm. Nothing like having my AC running for over 24 hours. SO disappointed with this company.

We cannot recommend Rescue One Air highly enough! While we were out of the country, our air conditioning unexpectedly went out. Thankfully, a trusted friend stepped in to help and recommended Rescue One Air. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. They responded quickly, walked us through everything, and had a brand-new AC unit installed within 48 hours. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They made what could have been a very stressful situation completely seamless. We are incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and the peace of mind they gave us while we were away. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, and highly skilled HVAC company, Rescue One Air is the one to call. We wholeheartedly recommend them!
