  This company will do anything to squeeze money out of their customers. Last year we had someone come out to fix our AC unit and the parts were still under warranty and I got quoted $3600 for supposedly the labour and cost of refrigerant and this was a quote they wouldn’t move on at all. Compare this to when they spoke to my husband and quoted him over $1200 less for the exact same service. If any women are nervous about having men try to overcharge you and treat you like you don’t know what you are talking about, do NOT choose this company. Furthermore, the AC unit is down again for an issue that “may or may not” be related to the compressor repair that they did last year and they are trying to overcharge us again. We are going with a different company who quoted us a more reasonable price. Wouldn’t recommend Peterson air care to anyone.

  We have used this company several times for our vacation home in Scottsdale and their service has always been outstanding. They answer the phone which is rare these days and they always do what they promise. I highly recommend you call these guys if you need some work done.

  Sometimes it feels like one step forward and two steps back. Just when you think things are going well, a lesson gets thrown your way. Luckily Peterson Air Care has been there for a few of my back steps over the last 10+ years. New AC and Heater, maintenance, and plumbing. This weekend had a waterheater leak and called them in a panic. As with my past experiences, I was reassured that they could handle everything- and that they did! Brandon came out on a Sunday, worked in 100+ degrees, installed a new waterheater- with a smile and professional business as usual attitude. Prompt, clean, upfront about costs, alternatives, and never an up-sale. It's never a fun call to make but so glad I have these guys in my corner. Thanks again.

  I've been using Peterson HVAC for a few years and I will keep going back. They have the most consistent, high quality technicians and trades professionals. For this job I had them replace a faulty Rinnai water heater with a new Navien unit. The new unit was installed quickly and without any mess. It is far superior to the Rinnai, as promised by Peterson. I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality, cost, and expediency of their service.
