  Dom came to our house and I really thought he was a manager he explained everything very slowly I understood and was very happy to go ahead with the contract. He also let me know all the options and delivered a great quote that we could manage and it was at the best interest rate Thankyou Som and I will be telling my friends lol about it.

  We recently decided to look into putting a screened in area on our patio on our home here in Sun City. I checked through the webs and found this company and made an inquiry and they schedule me for a consultation. The individual showed up early and we immediately started in discussing what we wanted for a screened in patio. He went through his procedure from materials to quality to warranty and then he put it in a CAD program so we could see it visualize it, and then he presented us the price at all times he was a very professional and forthcoming about his companies, pass history, their warranties and their reputation in the end we decided not to buy it at this time, but had I been able to at that moment we would’ve certainly purchased a system from this company. They’re really good and so their reps.

  This company has the most unethical contract procedures. We went to the Phoenix Home Show 3/6/26 and asked for a quote for a patio enclosure, they came out and we signed a contract to have our patio enclosed. The represetaive ask for a deposit (12,000.00) so they could provide a quote so we could submit for our HOA approval. The representative clearly said if for any reason your application is denied don't worry we will refund your deposit.. Unfortunately this enclosure was denied by our HOA per our CC&R's and there was no work around it. We immidiately called the local Tempe office to let them know that our application was denied and no work can be done. Rebecca answered my call when I asked her for my deposit refund and after that we did not here anything from the office I even went to the office to find out it was lock and could only see a person by appointment. Nobody answered any calls or emails from me. Finally my husband was able to contact Maria Sanchez from the Vegas office only to have her send us a cancellation agreement stating they were only going to refund us 5,000.00 ?? she said that they iccured 7,000.00 ! for what ? no materials were ordered no permits were given just a quote. This is the worst experience we have ever had. I will be contacting the HOME SHOW directly to make sure this company does not have any representatives at the HOME SHOWS taking advange of hard working people like us. 0 services rendered for $7,000.00 .
