  I met with Victoria Malley to discuss a couple different options to replace two 22 year old ac unites. Victoria knew I was a mechanical engineer with 49 years of experience. Victoria was able to explain clearly what she would recommend. Victoria was also able to answer questions i asked regarding design and calculations. She understood static pressure and how it effects the fan performance. Although Collins price is considerably higher than most I will do what I can to get Victoria on my side.

  Everyone was knowledgable and nice. The AC works great. I wish the men who put it in had mentioned their antiseptic treatment with blue lights in attic that kill bugs & mold. You get a special price if you’re a recent buyer. I accidentally found out about it because we had a bad fly problem and a man came out to check the system. He said there was some mold already in the pan. If you don’t have it done you have to have it serviced every two years. Also makes the air cleaner that you breathe. Also ask for guidance on AC controller in the house. Is sorta confusing.

  This Review is specifically for the Water and Plumbing Division. I booked a Simple Water Heater Flush just to take advantage of the Free Plumbing Inspection. Scott was assigned to the Job and I have to kick him out of my Property. He was Extremely unprofessional and started to do things without previously explained to Me what he was going to do. I have to call several times back to Dispatch in order to get some one to come over and take a look to the part that according to Scott broke when He was loosing the connection to the Water line. They wanted to charge me for the request of a new Plummer. I have to accept it in order to get some one to come the same Day. I answered the phone earlier after I request to talk to the Boss of Scott that according to Him his name was Cody one call took place and when I answered NO ONE TALKED IN THE OTHER END. Finally I was assigned to another Plummer and Jeremy showed up. The Guy was just trying to sell me a $ 2,000 New Water Heater including Labor. But what really Upsets me was that this Plummer suddenly TOOK A PICTURE OF MY NEW LENNOX AC Unit when He was walking outside with me when I was aiming to show him the Water Softener that I wanted to move inside . This Plummer even took a Picture of the Serial Number of my AC Unit. My Wife and I found this Behavior EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY CONCERNED. Collins Comfort Master AC Division is Great but our Experience with the Plumbing Department was HORRIBLE.

  The technician did a clean job with the RO and softener. However he forgot to plug in the water circulator, and hot water was not being circulated and the timer was off. After some debugging, I figured it out and reset the timer after plugging the recirculator. Many folks may not have the knowledge to figure this out. The second was that that though he had pre-rinsed the filters, and we flushed the RO water, when we used it had quite a few sediments (not air bubbles, we checked). So we had to flush the RO one more time. Has the quality of the filters changed? If so that is unacceptable. Finally, the monthly charge for the service contract is increasing from ~ $43 to ~$83 which is egregious. The annual cost of the maintenance contract is now about 1/6 the cost of a new softener. We have decided to take our business elsewhere after being your customers for over 25 years.
