  We recently completed a massive, multi-phase project with ARC, converting our garage into a new living space (play room for our 2 girls) while simultaneously navigating a major insurance claim after a microburst knocked trees onto our home. From start to finish, Greg was an great partner. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with transparency and professionalism. He helped manage the insurance, making sure our storm damage, including a full roof replacement, structural framing, and siding, were coordinated alongside our planned garage conversion. He even found ways to maximize our insurance funds to deliver code-upgrades like open-cell spray foam and upgraded structural hardware. Throughout the year-long process, Greg and his team were respectful, communicative, and overall pleasant to work with (even with our 2 young kids and 2 dogs running around). The level of care, clean-up, and organized/accessible documents, were all very appreciated.

  Dealing with this company on schedule and money was a huge hassle. I thought we had a verbal agreement on the completion date, and when they didn't meet it, they said "look at the contract", which had a later date. Their workmen were not on time, and one day did not even show up as promised. The end work was good however, but I would not use them again. Be sure to review all the contracts, and not what they tell you.

  After moving to a different state my husband and I were stressed about our property in Arizona. We were interested in renting out the property, but there were two bathrooms that needed to be remodeled along with other smaller renovations. We kept putting off the work because we just didn’t know where to start. When we began working with a property management company they connected us with Greg and his amazing team. Greg and his team renovated both bathrooms beautifully and also helped with a variety of smaller projects throughout the home. They did baseboards, completed tile work in the laundry room, installed new kitchen flooring and kitchen backsplash, and fixed electrical and plumbing issues. They also completely cleaned up the landscaping by killing/removing the weeds in both the front and back yard, which made the entire property look amazing. Greg’s communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process feel so much more manageable and stress-free, especially while we were living out of state. Our property was listed for rent a little over a week and we already have a signed lease, which is no doubt thanks to the incredible work Greg and his team put into the home. We look forward to working with Greg on future projects!

  A Resilient contracting provided landscape work for me after I saw the work they were doing in a vacant home next door. Everything I saw there was done with care and looked over the top professional. New flooring and tiles in the bathrooms. Also the landscaping there never looked better. He came to my home for landscaping and now I won't need to worry about weeds for at least a year! Highly recommend them for any work that may need done. I will be referring them going forward. Thank you again for a job well done.

  Greg completed a full gut remodel of our home in Arcadia, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He is extremely diligent in both his work and communication—and truly over-communicates in the best possible way, which is rare in the contracting world. His subcontractors were equally impressive: trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely kind. Every member of the crew we interacted with was professional and respectful. Our neighbors even commented on how great the team was, sharing that the framers helped them catch one of their dogs that got out one day and left them a gift card for helping them. Greg is detail-oriented, highly skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering a full home remodel.
