  Surprise flooring made our vission come true.we had a 4x8 slab of tiles installed in our game room for our pool table to sit on.we also wanted 24 x 24 inch square carpet glue down tiles installed around the travertine ,so if we ever get a bad stain on the capet it can be easily replaced.a truely professional installation from kriss,he new exactley what we had envissioned for our game room from start to finish.many thanks to kriss and the staff and manny who installed the travertine.this works for us,now its time to play some pool.   We had fantastic service from the first time we went in the store to look at samples till the job was complete. We had our whole house completely redone with LVP and all new baseboards. Kris Farrell made sure every detail was taken care of. The installers did a super job!! Cannot say enough about this company. Highly recommend them.

  I had a wonderful experience with Surprise Flooring & Design. They have a large flooring selection and I could take samples to see how they’d look in my home. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Kris did our installation and he was professional, efficient, and the finished flooring looks fantastic! Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work. I highly recommend Surprise Flooring & Design to anyone looking for beautiful floors and outstanding service!

  Recently had new carpet installed in our bedrooms! Great experience overall. Fair price, quick (they were able to install the carpet in less than a week), special shoutout to Joey and Eric (father and son team) who came to do the installation. Very professional and they did an awesome job! Would certainly recommend and you get to support a local business!
