  I am in the process of selling my home in Surprise and needed some tiles replaced and a couple of mudballs repaired to meet the buyers required repairs. It also needed to be done quickly. Deanna did it the same week and even did all the mudballs which were not required. She still charged the same rate. I was impressed with how quickly she went out there and how reasonable her rates were. I was expecting it to be a more expensive repair. I would recommend Koala -T roofing to anyone who asked. 100%

  Professional , competitively priced, and easy to work with, especially on short notice! Within a few days of contact, roof was inspected, detailed scope provided in quote, and work completed. Before and after photos were provided! Great work!

I have several rentals in Arizona and she took care of my rental house in Surprise a few years ago. I recently called her for a Free Roof Inspection / Maintenance tune-up on the same property and she will be out there again!!!   Excellent company! From my first call to writing this review...this is by far one of the best interactions with a business. Excellent communication, work was documented and justified...all costs were clearly explained and itemized. Photos before and after were taken. This is one of those few companies where you dont have to guess on anything. Deanna and her team are an 11 outta 10. Would highly recommend from small inspections to full blown replacements!!

  In June, the Koala-T Roofing Company replaced my patio roof and I was very happy. First, I was impressed with their bid which specifically listed 12 items of work needed to fix my roof. Second, the owner checked the work three times and on one occasion noticed inferior material was mistakenly delivered and she promptly fixed the problem. Third, when thunderstorms threatened, she wisely closed down the work and covered everything up. The team returned the next day to finish the work. The job site cleanup was immaculate. I would definitely recommend you consider Koala-T Roofing Company for any roof work.
