  My parents discovered repairs needed for their roof and reach out to Deanna with Koala-T roofing from a recommendation. Deanna met with us to view the roof with an estimate and tentative date. She always communicated with us in a timely manner, very happy with their workmanship and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

  Deanna the owner was a delight to work with. She was available to answer all questions and responded quick to my texts. Her crew were very professional and they were courteous and cleaned up completely each day.. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Got 3 different quote on our roof job and Koala-T was just $200 higher than the lowest but we chose Koala-T because Deanna was so peasant right from the beginning. She comes out for a final inspection and doesn’t ask for the final payment until both we and she are fully satisfied with the job. Thanks Deanna again for a great experience.

  The crew at Koala-T Roofing did an amazing job on my patio roof. The owner of the company did the estimate so no sales people to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable and actually cared about my home and doing a quality job. Deanna's crew has been with her for about 10 years now so I knew they were experienced. This crew was on time, very efficient, and left the property cleaner than how they found it. I spoke with the head of the crew for a while and he has been doing roofs his whole life. I can't stress enough how honest this company is and what great work they do. I did get 2 other bids and I was disgusted by the high pressure sales tactics. They both wanted to sell me a whole roof job and I only needed my patio redone. If you want experienced workers, an honest business owner, and a great price then give Koala-T Roofing a call.

  Although we did not personally hire this company for roofing work, they completed roof repairs on our home in 2018 and again in 2021 before we purchased it. We have now lived in the home for six years and have had no issues with the roof, which speaks highly of the quality of their work. Most recently, as we prepare to sell our home, I needed documentation from the 2018 repair invoice for our buyers. I called their office, and they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and able to provide exactly what I needed quickly and professionally. It’s clear they stand behind their work and care about helping customers even years later. We truly appreciate their excellent service and would highly recommend them.
